Your life would be walking down a simple path learned as a child to the same hole of cat coon or fish. The neurological effects we feel are competitively drug driven. The body will overwhelm itself. It’s a simple life of ease with the body stable out of consistency with the ability to streamline your focus it’s in the hope that one day will carry into the next.

I find it interesting that with the suicide topic, yes, more men follow through with doing it - because that’s how the male brain works, right? (problem - solution) as opposed to, there are just as many women who are having suicidal ideations globally - yet the female brain is, problem - analyse - think of everyone else involved and what they need first - solution to please others. Therefore women aren’t going ahead with it at the same rate.
Yet they ARE manifesting breast cancer at the same rate - which as we know, is all to do with suppressed stress turning to inflammation.
In conclusion - everyone’s not doing very well and it could be a lot less this stat VS this stat and more, how can we all unite, connect and fall in love again - than point the blame for different stats of sadness and sickness.

The issue with Ozempic is that it doesn’t address the root problem—it doesn’t teach you anything. The weight epidemic is fundamentally an issue of choice and behavior. We’re treating the symptoms instead of curing the actual disease. Fit people genuinely want everyone to be healthy, but true health begins with a mindset shift, not a prescription change. Simply giving people external solutions, like medication, without addressing their underlying habits or beliefs often leaves them in an even worse position. That’s the core issue.

My favorite video yet from this channel. I never heard anyone say that realistic goals have much more competition but I've lived this. I took a break from tech to focus on volunteer work for 3 years. When I ran out of savings I tried to get simple jobs to raise funds again... Janitorial, bell hop, parking lot valet... and it was impossible to get those jobs. Then I put my resume out based on my tech skills (I thought were outdated) and BAM quickly got work for 3x the pay. Now I'm moving on from tech job to my own business putting out content and code and I expect it to be even more so the case.

As a woman who enjoys Modern Wisdom because of the message of agency, I was surprised by the undertones of victimhood (which I reject as a narrative for either sex) that Chris started with. I do believe we are the creators of our destiny - so I do hope people (be they men or women) don't succumb to the comforting notion - of "I was just born that way". Men's high rate of suicide that was compared women's rate of breast cancer may stem from the poor coping abilities of both sexes to take care of the essential self and not having the tools to deal with our perception of life's stresses. Being alive is guaranteed to come with suffering regardless who you are, knowing how you perceive and deal with this is what will determine how well that precious life is lived.

The first one is very inspiring, but it actually didn't work very well for me so far. I used to be anxious overperformer and earned good money because I was achieving better results than other people. The moment I started seeking for a good experience and enjoyment, my results dropped. Nobody pay us for us to have a good experience, people pay us only for outcomes. Outcomes is all that matters. Sorry to deliver that to you, but I am still hapy to be proven wrong :).

Never stop with the quotes!! I recently met a guy at a psychedelic trance festival (lol), who whipped out his phone to read a quote he had saved from your podcast. Immediately we had something in common and we could have a very enjoyable conversation. It also helps me to put concepts I ponder about into much fewer words and be able to share them.

I am incredibly grateful for what you do for men. I work in a space where I get to empower and help women in a fun way. I love my job and what it can do for women, but I've also felt sadness and a kind of uselessness around helping/motivating/uplifting men too. I don't know if we as women fully know and understand this dilemma and if we did, what do we do or what is our role? Allowing for vulnerability regardless of "man points"is probably the answer, right? I know I can't help much, but I'm happy there are people who try and can. Thank you.

ON BELIEF: Sharing from my experience personal and professional: one must believe they deserve it.... In regards to good things: career, health, relationship, positive education, etc.

Many are haunted by toxic shame growing up (ref: John Bradshaw), so no matter how much belief or intention, focus or hardwork, so much doesn't launch in people's lives because the core wound is unconscious (in that toxic shame pattern).

Why are you becoming so partisan?? Seriously, if you’re going to bring statistics into the conversation and blame one party for it, talk about the other side too. Aren’t you the one who said that both men and women need to hear the other side? Same things with politics. Don’t fall into the partisanship trap!!!!! You were doing great!
