It's like the Sax in Sade "Smooth Operator", honestly. That "Scaredy Cat Tippy Tap" putting is long gone now. It's history.
So, Dennis, next Putting Mission is.........
"Aim Point Express" on Longer Putts, even use it to gauge the "up or down-ness" of the ball path.
Anything over 15 Ft, it will "Zero You In", so a well judged 40Footer (and you REALLY DO HAVE THEM NOW) doesn't end up 8 ft away from a naieve read. It might end up within 3Ft away, then with more application etc.

Dennis, what ball do you use, i would also try a deep face 3 wood, the 2 Iron is not a fairway finder a high percentage is going to the rough and costing 1 shot minimum. But good work Bro, true life golf, it will get better

I think you need to do a real practice swing with your wedges...before pitches and chips, as it gives you the feel of what you actually need to do in your real shot. Those fake practice swings just don't do it. You're just not prepping for your actual shot....so you're getting stuff going everywhere.

Good tip for u Dennis, when putting, line up the putt where your start line is and stand in line with the start line, don’t stand behind the ball in line with the flag you can’t see the start line properly from there, then take a look from behind the flag as a last check as that will show up which way it breaks much better, pick a roll over spot 6 inches infront of the ball, in your practice strokes for speed pick a spot on the green before or after the hole accounting for uphill/downhill etc don’t swing for the flag u get locked into it and ruin all your prep work

Really enjoyed the video and a very nice start to your round.
When it all comes together you are going very low - I just hope the camera is with you.

I use a Taylormade udi 2 iron sometimes on tight holes ill use it off the tee but its also great for long par 5s for example I hit a 250 meter drive then smacked a 2 iron right near the green, lipped out eagle chip and birdied.....that is rare for me haha but felt amazing. You had a good round unlucky with the putter and wedge selection but that's golf and why we keep coming back for more punishment!!!
