I understand that everyone quoted held senior positions and is well respected in their field, so I'm crediting them with having the experience and expertise to make carefully constructed statements which ostensibly praise Meghan (as she undoubtedly requested or required them to do) whilst meaning the exact opposite.
I believe that you are taking their quotes too literally and should in fact be reading them as deliberately coded messages.
To my mind, the Ben Browning comment is carefully fashioned to pivot around the words 'in general' making it abundantly clear that the behaviour he describes was far from standard and consistent.
Similarly, I think the Ashley Hansen quote deliberately uses a parent-child reference to underline how Meghan micromanages everything and everyone in a massively patronizing, condescending and overbearing way.
Furthermore, I suspect that her reference to Meghan 'reaching out' daily during this woman's sick leave is further code to indicate how demanding (definitely monitoring for a return date) and without boundaries Meghan's expectations and behaviour are.
I agree with your observation that the comments are strangely overly effusive, but I would interpret that to be yet another indicator that the words are to be read carefully with primary focus between the lines.
I am convinced that all these individuals were sufficiently confident that neither Meghan nor Harry had the intelligence, experience or nuance to realize what was actually being said, and apparently were correct.

It sounds to me as if Megan and Harry have simply mastered the art of gifting totally free items that they have almost literally found around their property, like eggs and fruit, and also decluttering their home without having to pack up boxes and deliver them to some donation centre, by unloading their unwanted possessions on to their employees.
It seems in keeping with the couple of crates of second-rate vegetables which they donated to some school, or the lone birthday cake they provided to a bereaved household.
It's a pity that Meghan and Harry's frugality does not extend to the enormous amounts of money she wastes on her wardrobe, jewellery and accessories, or that Harry is forever blowing on private jets and security entourages.

I had a horrific boss that belittled and yelled at us and pointed out mistakes in front of everyone in the office but also bought us lunch and gifts for random reasons. Giving gifts is usually their way to smooth over treating you badly. Still doesn’t mean they aren’t horrible bosses.

The gift-giving seems like a power play. Forcing the person to become indebted and then wreaking havoc if they don’t reciprocate.

This may just be the cleverest piece of passive aggressive PR ever. By making unnecessary references to what Megan isn't, such as demanding, and throws tantrums, and bullies staff, they are in reality just confirming that Megan is in fact capable of behaving in just this way. Especially if the staff member in question is still working for Megan and Harry and doesn't want to put their job in jeopardy.

Love your channel. However I feel that you are judging how Meghan runs her business as if it was a big company like it is on par of Bill and Melinda foundation. It ain’t that kind of company. Think more of a small startup. I do think that all the gift giving , chit chatting and socialising is real. It is an informal environment. Staff are probably quitting because Meghan has a Hyde and Jackal personality. She treats her staff like they’re her best friend as well as being disrespectful, rude and overly demanding. She gives them treats so they can say what a wonderful boss she is and on the other hand demands are unreasonable or in realistic. In her mind she thinks she is a good boss and it is her right to be demanding.

I think the employee that the Hollywood reporter referred to as the current employee was Ashley Henson because she left shortly after and Megan invested in her company. I see that as a way to keep Ashley quiet but also Ashley has used the words clients don’t listen to advice before which is what they use in the article. Ashley Hansen is too important for Megan to let badmouth her so I think they hatch a plan to split that way
