ОтветитьNice 😍should the corn flour be a smooth one?
ОтветитьThere must be an easier method than all of this soaking, rinsing, sieving, blah blah blah. I had this in Namibia and the chef told me you add 1 cup flour to 4 cups water and cook it. That's it. Was I eating something else?
ОтветитьWow 👌🤛👍 I never new one can make Pap from Corn flour. What I know is the usually soaking of corn for 3/4day grind and ... Thank You for this.
But I want to ask,
1* Did you soak it just overnight or for 24hrs.
2* Can it be soaked for 2/3 days like the usual soaking of corn before grinding
Wow 👌😍🤛👍 this is really good. Thank you for this I have learnt a new way of making pap. What I know the usual method of soaking the corn for 2/4days, grind and ...
My question please
1* Did you just soak it overnight or for 24hrs
2* Can it be soak for 2/3/4days like the usual method of making Pap
Once again thank you.
Please where can I buy the chiffon cloth for sieving?
ОтветитьI know this video is old, so I can only hope I get a reply.
First off, thank you so much the video was super explanatory and makes it look less complicated and super attainable.
I was desperate to find alternative to make pap abroad and happy I found your video.
My question is this: why do we have to put in the muslin cloth and drain off that last bit of water from it, only to have to mix it with water when we want to make it.
Back home, we keep out pap in a bowl with water over it, so i’m genuinely wandering if the step of squeezing out the water is necessary.
Please where can I get the muslin bag ?
ОтветитьNice video but must I remove the shaft by hand ,must I sieve the corn paste with my hand? can’t I put it in the sieve to drain for midnight?
ОтветитьHello can i use the muslin bag as a sieve cloth or i need to have the sieve cloth as well, Excellent video by the way
ОтветитьPlease how many weeks can the raw pap last
ОтветитьWow. I had corn flour and started making it directly into pap. I was checking for how to make pap when I came across this video. Thank God I didn’t throw away the corn flour. Thank you for this video
ОтветитьDoes this come out with the same fermented/sour taste? If not can you leave the initial flour paste in water for a few days?
ОтветитьPlease if we dry grind that corn chaff , is it what will turn to corn flour that we can use to make swallow and eat?
ОтветитьAnd please what can we use corn chaff for?
