Testing the Millab E01 Grinder | Coffee with April #285

That’s a very interesting grinder and I must say I’ve been enjoying new ceramic. But I have a question. Since you guys have been using 078 as an office grinder, what range of settings did you guys settle on? Do you have a preferred RPM? Do you have an example of setting for specific coffee from your current lineup?

When are you going to test ghost burr grinder like the OE apex or Orca? I'm really curious on your thoughts regarding them.

I would be worried about longevity. Small motor may not last especially with grinding fine lightly roasted beans.

Any chance you will be getting a Hario Suiren for testing? I have been brewing with this dripper for the past few days and find it very capable.
