Analog makes movement much easier compared to w, a, s, d
ОтветитьLooks insane. Interesting concept and, like you said, good on them for experimenting. Looks like they over-thought it. Great job with the review though.
ОтветитьHow the heck have you never owed a console? Where on God's green earth are you from that you would not have owned a console? Is your dad Steve Jobs?
ОтветитьTest it with Lienage 2 . or WOW , or anything with MANY buttons. (Baldur's Gate ?) It will be crazy good . I've been playing with SteelSeries Merc for years , until it's drivers became unsupported . This one is next best thing you can get
ОтветитьThis is an idiotic joke
ОтветитьThanks for such a good demo really informative!
ОтветитьNot worth 200 dollars
ОтветитьI played piano for many years and consider to have relatively good kinesthetic control from playing that instrument, seems like a very intuitive and wonderful product to try ✨ can't wait to get one for myself.
ОтветитьWell I'm a N52te user for years now. To me this one use fragile compared to N52te. And to expansive. I'm however wanting to buy the upgrade for n52te becouse its so much used that button coating ware off. And the thumb stick is comming off. And the palm as wel. They both sometime stick on both palm and thumb. So after so many years its time go for the upgrade.
This one looks Okey but fragile. And to expansive to give it a go.
The concept is nice, it looks nice but becouse my daubts i rather go for the upgrade from n52te
I think they're marketing this all wrong. As a keyboard user I very much prefer it because of the layout. If they lose the awkward towers, a few buttons and use two controllers, you have an amazing controller design. That's still 12 buttons and an analogue stick per hand.
ОтветитьI wonder how something like this would work with games like Elite Dangerous or Eve Online? Or No Man Sky?
ОтветитьLooks amazing and I think I'd like using it. The analogue seems to have way more movement than it should indeed
ОтветитьSomething missing is a USB C plug, to replace this old mini USB one.
ОтветитьIncredibly creative. I love it.
ОтветитьI play Elden Ring and I'm handicapped on my left side. The keys in this games does not allow me to use certain button on my mouse. Can I use this to just use on the right side going forward backward side to side?
ОтветитьYour analyses are fantastic.
ОтветитьNever been a PC gamer. Always in console. But I wanna upgrade to a gam8ng desktop rig that's more serious to play different games with my friends. 8ve never been fond of the keyboard when I have played. So I thin kthis is gunna be the item for me. Love the upper index and middle fingers.
ОтветитьHey guys, does anyone know if this will work for Rust while still using my mouse??
Ответитьoh learn muscle memory for this is like back to your 15teens...
Ответитьi have really bad nerve damage in my left hand so this looks great to switch to rather than with staying on controller on my bed
ОтветитьThis thing has some potential. Honestly probably good for armored core or something insane like that.
Ответитьdamn i did math and it shows 25 keys (including moving the joystick for w a s d) if it was 26 you could totally type with it replacing your keyboard idk my math may be wrong tho
ОтветитьAdd a mouse function on it and make it for the right hand and I would try it.
ОтветитьI have one of theese and I must say its great once you learn your keybinds but the build quality is not so great. I specifically bought this one for the thumb joystick and its so nice because it gives you 4 extra hotkeys in the middle. I would say this one is great for MMORPGS. Having a thumb joystick is the future for MMORPG players
Ответитьcan this be adapted to be used with a regular keyboard or computer?? I work with children with special needs and have a student who can only use his L hand... Thanks!
ОтветитьIf you need strafing you can get a keyboard foot pedal. They normally only have 3 switches and you can put "A" "W" and "D". So you and walk forward while you eat and drink soda. And strafing with your feet when need to. That's what I'm doing. Although I have a Logitech G13 gamepad because I to was born a console gamer that rose to God hood.
ОтветитьI'll stick to Razer tarturus , this is way too out their
Ответить4 fingers now seems like such a waste for movement now. iwoot
You are not going to get the best out of this in one weekend. perhaps do a 6 month review after you've spent some time with it
This keyboard is especially for RPG games. FPS doesnt really have that much button interaction
ОтветитьKinda similar situation to the Steam Controller, which also took aspects of both KB/M and controllers.
Even though it looks very similar to a normal controller, you'll have to spend some time learning how to use it. You'll end up using all your fingers for different buttons/inputs instead of moving your fingers back and forth bewteen different buttons.
Have they upgraded them yet? My gaming computer doesn't even have USB2 ports.. they are all USB3
ОтветитьThis is Michael. Thank you for this excellent review. It was objective and , let's better than that found on LTT. I'm sure it will help me and others to make a decision about a purchase. I am wondering if the compact version might be a little better to use
ОтветитьWas just banned don’t buy if you play call of duty
Ответить"I bought a brand new type of keyboard and it felt strange"
NO SHIT BRO?
I'm looking for something that you can hold sideways like one of those vertical mice, but so far I have not found anything like it. The natural resting position for your hands on a desk is actually facing inwards towards each other
ОтветитьPC mains 🙄
ОтветитьCan I use it on Xbox series X?
ОтветитьNot a single word on using it for photoshop or other editing software?
Ответить3D Printed, Fragile, Expensive... 2/10 do not recommend
ОтветитьThis would actually be really cool to use for Starfield.
Ответитьazeron
ОтветитьDoes this work on ps5
ОтветитьPiece of garbage
ОтветитьThis is giving me “cyberpunk hacker fever dream” vibes.
It looks like a pain to get used to but fun to use!
The analog issue with switching between left and right strafe is entirely mitigated (and might even be better) if you configure the analog stick to send WASDsignals based on very little travel from center. The spacebar issue reveals (and you admit) that you're a little stuck on stubborn. Space for jump is a highly useless control in a lot of games where you can jump. "Mashing it" is never functionally needed, and many times is often a multiplayer expression.
I use a Glove80 split ergo keyboard which has a 6 key thumb cluster. For Call of Duty, I make spacebar the easiest thumb cluster key because jump is quite functional in Call of Duty. In FFXIV, jumping in actually hard fights is never a thing so I actually make spacebar the most difficult key to press in the cluster, and you know what? I can still press it when I need -- which is hardly ever. I never need to press that key in the fury of a fast rotation and intense battle.
All that to say, the message of "you have to train yourself" really needs to be followed to completion. I get it though, reviews from a place that touches so many different tools and tech must catch on quickly and move on.
should revisit it with the newest one. A lot of the gripes you have here have been resolved since. That's another plus for 3d printing. They can do a lot of iteration work and making things better
Ответитьwould love to see a upgraded version of this for us console players. I would love to have the mnk speed but on a controller like input
ОтветитьHALA MADRID!
ОтветитьNo way😮 I'm too adhd to have that many buttons
Ответить
