I just felt that I needed to tell you this very true story. I'm 71 years old. I have had shingles several times. I had a really nut job for a boss but stayed with him 5 years. I would get shingles when he would hollar and threaten to fire me. He didn't have the authority to fire me but it did upset me. I have a herbal medical book and it has several remedys for a lot of illnesses. my favorite for shingles is 400 mg of Echinaces with twice the does of B-complex. take it as soon as you feel it start. take it aftyer the blisters start it doesn't matter. In about 10 minutes there gone. You probably don't beleive it but check with the pharmacy in Malakoff, Texas, I showed them. I let my self brake out. I showed them and they identified the brake out as shingles. I went home took echinacea and b complex came back to them the next day and then site was all but gone,and never had any pain.

Hmmm so Cole palmer is in pain always 🤔
