I had previously crushed, pre-measured and frozen these blackberries so I just pulled the bag from the freezer to make this jam! We were too busy this summer and we didn't get to pick any, but our homestead has an abundance of Himalayan Blackberries that are basically weeds, so we always have plenty of them.
I used the liquid Certo recipe for raspberry jam, but it works for blackberries too! See the attachment here with recipe and instructions. I water bath canned them for 10 minutes and they did take a couple of days to set fully- probably because there was a lot of moisture in the puree. Give your jams and jellies a couple of days before you think they haven't set!
