Is the 2022 Chevy Camaro SS a BETTER muscle car than a Mustang GT?

I would have to say the Camaro is by far a better value than the Stang. you can get a Lt1 with the base version, can get a sunroof without having to pay for another 3k for a convertible (unlike the Stang). I once wrote Ford about not able to get a sunroof or a t top on a mustang, they wanted me to pay for a drop top.

I agree about the black wheels. I prefer chrome looking rims. I'm so glad you bought a zl1. I remember watching your videos a couple of years ago and it always seemed you were biased towards Ford. I think you even owned a Mustang. It got so old. Glad to see you have changed a little. Nice video.

As a long time mustang fan, and after recently test driving two Camaros an lt1 and a 2ss, I can confirm that the Camaro is better in most areas. Right off the bat the torque feels way better than the coyote, the car feels stiffer and more planted, and the interior was a level better in my opinion. The fit and finish and the features like the heads up display make it just a better interior. The only problem I had with the car was that it was an electronic e-brake. The whole visibility complaint is massively overblown in my opinion. Now I just need to decide which transmission and color I prefer.

Definitely that small opening in back is a pain. Plenty of actual trunk space. Just gotta be smaller stuff. When I took delivery of mine and went for a drive, I honestly was ready to send it back because of the visibility or lack thereof. But you do get used to it and I frickin love this car. Even 2 years later.

Ordered a Camaro 1SS in Riverside Blue 6 speed manual tranny. Can't wait to get it.

i mean it really comes down to preference doesnt it i would always go for the camaro just because u can put anything OEM rocket bunny victorracing and it will still hold a factory made look

This thin walled tire trend needs to stop. All that road shock and induced vibrations used to be partially absorbed by the wide sidewalls, now all that impact going straight up into your suspension = 10X the wear over time.
Is it possible to replace wheels / tires with say a 17" rim instead of 20" but with higher profile tire so the total diameter is the same?

Joe I've owned a 21 2ss in Shadow grey metallic,so I sold it, and owned a 22 2ss in Wild Cherry tintcoat, and sold it,and I regret selling it, so I wanted to own the last model year 2024 2ss and I finally found one, got very lucky and the color is vivid orange metallic, and love that color looks sharp with white and black seats, this beautiful sharp looking color, not selling this one.....
