Shibuya Halloween 2024 Midnight Street Party [Secret Underground Parties After Cancellation]

Here’s some b-roll footage I captured in Shibuya’s back alleys on October 31, 2024. With Halloween celebrations restricted and closely monitored in major areas, the street parties shifted to the narrow backstreets of the Hyakkendana area, where police and security presence is lighter. This part of Shibuya is packed with nightlife, from clubs to hotels, but on Halloween, it was even more crowded. The alleys were filled with partygoers, and cars with custom speakers added to the chaos, causing occasional traffic jams. Here’s the unedited b-roll footage, capturing the raw, late-night energy of Halloween 2024 in Shibuya.
