I hate to say it, but this video is better on mute. *awaits backlash*
ОтветитьThis video is awesome. Oh except for the part where dumbass Obama is in it. That guy is trying his hardest to destroy America.
ОтветитьNot being rude but do you even know what its like for us??? Michigan has been through A LOT...Not saying that where ever you are you havnt gone through rough times but the auto industry is what Michigan is...
ОтветитьThis is such an amazing video I wish I could put it on my ipod!! It shows the true strength us Michiganders have! THANK YOU!
ОтветитьFUCK GRANHOLM
Ответитьyea, granholm, obama and the UAW are going to save Detroit! My ass.. .if anyone saves us, it will be us, not freakin politicians!
ОтветитьThis video moves me, and when I saw it on TV, I knew I had to find the song. It is nice that the song and most of the video is from Michigan. Great job with the syncing of clips! Yay Free Press!!
Ответитьhahah im totally in this video
ОтветитьTHIS VIDEO TELLS THE TRUTH ABOUT MICHIGAN....its tells you the strengths we have and the weaknesses...we are going through some hard times right now and to me the only thing that will keep us going is spirit and hope that some day we will be back on our feet. GO MICHIGAN
ОтветитьNice looking vid but the Obama bit at the end was gratuitous and apropos of nothing.
ОтветитьI love the video except for the Granholm and Obama parts. It really shows the hard times that have fallen on us Detroiters but the preservation we have to keep moving forward and never give up. GO DETROIT! GO MICHIGAN! And better yet.....GO RED WINGS!!!!!
ОтветитьGod I love this State! TIME TO RISE PEOPLE!
Ответитьyeah the good stuff we had for our state before granholm really has blown away!
Ответитьdon't fuck with detroit
Ответитьyet Michigan has one of the best schools in the country,,, Go Blue!!!
Ответитьthis is the best commercial ever!!!!
ОтветитьGranholm ruined Michigan. Why did you people vote for her again? I voted Devos...
ОтветитьGoosbumps!! Thats what i get when i watch this! Very nice!
ОтветитьHahaha that's me and my girlfriend at 0:44 dancing at DEMF. I'm in the tie dye, peace sign shirt haha. That's bizarre.
ОтветитьLiving in the Metro D, this commercial actually is kinda moving.
Ответитьdo you have itunes??
ОтветитьThis video shows the positive side of detroit...from the all the people who shape their lives out here to the red wings, the lions, the pistons, and the tigers to show the world what a great city Detroit is. This gives all the Detroiters something positive to look at. Kid Rock is right; we are proud to be from Detroit, as we should be, even with the way the economy is.
ОтветитьThe Great Recession is coming to an end, and kwame is gone. Things are already looking up.
ОтветитьWe love Detroit! We hate Granholm!
ОтветитьI just recently moved to Illinois but my heart will ALWAYS stay in Michigan!
Ответитьi LOOOOVE this commercial, it almost makes me tear up!
ОтветитьI love the Motor City, my city, I can't wait to move back there!
ОтветитьI agree! I am from Detroit and this commercial makes me feel both proud and sad at the same time.
Ответить@davidbehman I am from Detroit too, and miss it. When are you moving back? Let's hope lots of people take this stance and move back so that it will reclaim itself as it was in the 50's and 60's.
ОтветитьIt's easy to turn your back on something when it's down. A team, a city. But in Detroit, we've never learned that. That's one trait we're proud not to have. I'm staying and trying to make Detroit a better place for people to live. I will not run away when my city is struggling the most.
ОтветитьI see more communism than individualism. More decline im afraid.
ОтветитьThis is a great video. I remember seeing it 9 or so years ago, and am glad to find it again. Both newspapers are extremely important to this city, and I hope that we will keep both of them for the future. But I know they're going through some tough financial times. More people need to subscribe to get real (not fake) news!!! Long live the News and Free Press.
ОтветитьSo cool. We need more.
