I got here by searching for Detroit Marathon, a race I ran 3 times in the '80's. It's nice to see hte back of the pack as those people will be out ther for 5 or more hours, something I have heard elite marathoners marvel at after their 2 hour runs.

Suggestion: Fly around any of the Detroit sports venues an hour before a game and show the fans flowing in. Or maybe The Big House.
