Music is hard to analyze, I don’t understand these interval numbers and what not but what he’s playing sounds cool. I think musics based off of what works well at the time vs spending years in school to ‘come up’ with something that’s from the brain rather then the heart. Music is not a science, it’s an art.

Well what is missed here, and I still struggle with this, is that he blends over several versions of the pentatonic with different starting points. So you need to know all these in order to make it sound cool. Doesn’t work just with the A from D pentatonic on 12th fret
