I think Lat Phrao area is good choice. I am also thinking about moving near to Ha Yaek Lat Phrao this year since my condo lease due on this July. It's easy excesses to go to the immigration office, Don Muang airport, BTS/MRT and more..
ОтветитьBruno seems to really like your new place and seems to have a lot of friends there. Happy New Year!!!
Ответитьjjajangmyeon is my favourite Korean dish. (and technically it's a Chinese dish!)
wow, the apartments in Bangkok are so small. and they're luxury condos, right?
currently i'm living in a big two-storey house all by myself. and it's way too big for just me and my lonesome. a duplex would be most suitable.
Thank you for sharing. This is very helpful. Good luck and happy new year!
ОтветитьYou guys are becoming legends. I hope and pray to meet you guys whenever I visit BKK in future. Huge fan of yours 😊
ОтветитьThere a new train that accommodate pet dogs from Bangkok. Check it out.
ОтветитьIs that Noble Ambiance y’all moved to?
ОтветитьVery informative video guys glad you managed to move despite the hassle. 😊
ОтветитьCongratulations on your move. The new place looks modern and spacious. Great way to start the new year! Hope Bruno makes a lot of friends and we look forward to seeing you this summer.
ОтветитьBe careful when walking your dog. There are still stray dogs in Thailand or their owners do not keep them tied up.
ОтветитьBy 2030, they intend to expand the BTS/MTS system drastically. Look for a place where they have planned development. Charon 13 was added in 2019 and in 2021 a skyrise condo was built places in the 3m baht range and the area became more popular like the riverfront area. You can walk 10 minutes and take a ferry to get to icon siam faster than it would take for you to get to asok on the sky train. In a metropolitan city (new york, bangkok, tokyo) look up 'metro evolution' of that city and buy a place near where its planned to expand. Theres proposed areas and planned areas. The planned areas are already set to be built unless something bad happens.
In this year, the orange line mrt will open up to the airport and the red line will expand to thamasat university 10+ kilometers north of downtown bangkok. SRT red line will head a dozen kilometers west of bangkok. Those are the planned routes under construction.
Thai are lazy to walk because the heat.
ОтветитьNew condo unit looks more comfortable and more space, happy new home.
ОтветитьI heard that one night in Bangkok will make a tough man humble.
Never ever rent in a pet friendly place, unless you have a dog.
ОтветитьHunting for renting is not as hard as hunting for buying... I have been in Bangkok for 3 weeks and still not finding the one I really like. The 3 condos I really like ( consider prime location / CBD / asoke ) Foreigners Quota already finished. And other one near thonglo petchaburi also the same... 😂... Otherwise it's too expensive 😂 ...
Ответитьbeen in your channel since 5k subscriber and now its 15k will be there till a million. but need some help in relocating in thailand
ОтветитьHi, can you share a review on your porch potty and maybe what it's like having a dog, condo living, in bangkok?
ОтветитьFirst time viewer, I was wondering if y’all were Korean or not lol. Great video, thx for the tips!
ОтветитьLooks great
Ответитьตลาดสี่มุมเมืองไปดูหรือยังครับ
ОтветитьMay i ask why did you decided to move out from the last Condo ? Is it just only because of the size was too small or any other issue else?
Anyhow wish you the best new year ever🎉🎊💕
ahaha thanks Chovy :D We were in your IG dm, you guys are great! See you in April!
ОтветитьI think it is the same everywhere. I,m from Malaysia and have been living neighboring for the last few decade. Even in Singapore it is difficult to find a place that is really ideal as it is always fully booked. Maybe it is due to scarcity as there is shortage of condo in this country. Unless if you willing to pay more, surely you can find the right place.
I have experience living in Bangkok for a year and finding a place is not easy due to barrier of communication. Most of the agent from don't speak English. U need to find a agency that recruit agent that can speak multiple language to make things smoother.
I think to avoid all those hassle, u need a translator (maybe an apps or so) and ask for them for video tour or photo before viewing. Most of the agent list their property by area and they work within a district. So you need to strategies your search as this will help you into getting a the place you really want. My suggestion is,
1) Narrow down the area or district where you want to stay. Identified the condo or place which is most convenience for you. You need to do some research and start getting familiar with the area before viewing the condo.
2) Engaging with the right agency. Let them know what you want. Communicate effectively. Study the property portal and see how it works. The property portal did show some agent cover and specialise in certain condo, so look for them and tell them what you looking for. (the type of layout, pricing, design, direction etc)
You have to understand that agent work for commission, they are commission earner. So the time they spend with you determine how much they going to bring hone at the end of the day. Why should they spend so much time on you when you don't even know what you exactly want ? They will just feel this chap is just surveying and not serious or in the urgency to find a place. The conversation will probably just ended there as they can,t find something that match your requirement.
I think that all I can share at the moments. Go the ground and get things cracking, I wish you to have a pleasant experience in your next house hunting.
I’m so jealous lol
ОтветитьThere's so many around BKK.really hard to find.i understand you.
ОтветитьWe’re planning to buy a summer home in Hua Hin next year as well. Hopefully the province is a perfect place for us.
ОтветитьGreat sharing your new apartment plus your tips too.Would it be cheaper if you rented per year instead of monthly ?!
ОтветитьHey Guys! Moving to Bangkok area with my 🐺 dog soon.
Do you have dog friendly rental agents that you can suggest?
what's jurisdiction office ?
ОтветитьWelcome to Ladprao, guys! I was born and raised here and lived most of my life in the area. I’m staying somewhere else now with my girlfriend, but Ladprao will always feel like home. It’s the most popular residential areas in all of Bangkok, and honestly, I’d say it’s the best! It’s super central, with all the main roads and highways connecting here, so you can get to just about anywhere. That said, the traffic here is infamous, probably the worst in Bangkok. But hey, it’s not like Sukhumvit is any better, right? 🤣
Oh, and don’t forget to check out Chok Chai 4
By the way, be careful when walking Bruno here. Ladprao wasn’t really designed for walking, especially with a dog. It might be better to take him to a park that allows dogs for a safer and more relaxing walk.
There are more than twenty pet-friendly condos in Bangkok, it's strange that you have problems finding an apartment.
In my opinion, the most convenient location of the condo near the Benjakiti Park, as it is the center of the city, there are several BTS and MRT stops nearby, also there are many restaurants, cafes, shops and other pet-friendly places nearby, and most importantly, there is a large area for walking dogs in Benjakiti park.
I live with a 20+ kg dog near this park
Great stuff, new sub. Appreciate the stuff seldom covered by others.
ОтветитьHappy New Year 2025! Congratulations on your New Home. I wish you both all the best Thailand has to offer. 🤩
ОтветитьBKK is overpriced it does not match average people income.
ОтветитьCan you do a video about paying for rent, bills, food, etc? I'm curious if I can just use my Chase credit card to pay for rent, food, etc. Or do I need a Thai bank account to use PromptPay? Thanks! :D
ОтветитьBruno is so cute, hope you guys enjoy your new place.
ОтветитьLove your videos! You guys make a great team. Fellow So Cal and looking to make Thailand our future home in the next 6months. We have been looking at pet-friendly condos in BKK extensively. Just wondering how is the soundproofing in your current unit? How are pet owners in Thailand vs LA? Cleanliness, awareness, and attentive? We always blame the owners and not their pets. We have experienced some owners abandoning their ferry baby inside their small apartment making it unenjoyable for everyone especially the little doggy. We hope it’s above 7.5 🤔
Khop Khun Krub “also your Thai has gotten a lot better” great job!
Good luck with your moving and unpacking.
ОтветитьHi,
Is using the agent to find an apartments a must? Cause I see in the facebook groups you can react to a post of the rental apartment.
Besides Central Lad Praow, you can ride MRT Blue Line just one stop for Lat Phrao station and connect to MRT Yellow Line for Bangkapi station to explore The Mall Lifestore Bangkapi reaching there within 15 mins. Another choice for your shopping, relaxing with Bruno in pet friendly mall and of course exploring delicious food 😊😊
ОтветитьI can only imagine how different things are moving from a divisive place like California... well, I actually can definitely imagine. I currently live in Florida lol. Not for much longer though, cost of living has doubled across the board and quality of life seems to drop year by year... with any luck I'll be taking a long overdue leap this year. Cross your fingers for me.
I'm a sucker for an outdoor area, some greenery goes a long way making somewhere feel like home
Hey there, all the best for your move. May your new home be filled with Continuous Love, Joy, Happiness and Laughter. Happy to see Bruno setting in nicely.
ОтветитьWhat kind of visa and how long you guys can stay in thai?
ОтветитьNice video.. Interesting information.!!. One question for you guys, i saw many videos but no one tell you that most rent requires a valid visa (not tourist visa) to get the rental. What kinda of visa you guys have to get the rent?
ОтветитьThis is so helpful. Just came back, and We are planning on moving in 3 years so visiting over the next 3 yrs to determine best location and housing thank you
ОтветитьSorry if you guys already talked about this but what made you pick Bangkok after visiting all the SEA countries?
ОтветитьThanks for the info. Are there some nice areas of Thonglor to rent under 25,000/ 1 bedroom?
Ответить
