Could you please give an example what fattier protein is, or where to find it (which foods deliver fatty protein)?
ОтветитьI disagree with eating a lot of grass fed protein is actually excellent for you, I tried the vegan diet the vegetarian diet the keto diet, and finally I settled on the carnivore diet I have NEVER felt this good in my entire life. Everything I was taught by doctor's/nutrients was all wrong. When I was eating 2 bowls of vegetable everyday it was a chore because you need to eat them relatively raw to maximise the nutrients you get out of them, by god that was the most trouble I have ever had with my stomach ever. So in the end try the carnivore diet eat only meant but good meat, try it for 3 months and i guarantee you'll feel 100% better.
ОтветитьBroccoli 🥦 is top 5 in Potassium rich foods.
Chicken and Broccoli diet makes sense now
List of some more raw Fruits for gain weight who are suffering from huge under weight issues 35 kgs.of below the BMI
ОтветитьThank you
Ответить💕💕💕💕💕✌🏽🥰❤️
ОтветитьSugar breaks down muscle. Fruit break down muscle. Eat vegetables, chicken , eggs and black coffee. Workout daily and don't forget apple cider vinegar.
Ответить@DrEricBergDC I also enjoy your videos a lot and am down 40 pounds by now, sadly I did gain 65+ over the last two years, developing epilepsy...but I'm on a good way now:) I was wondering two things: If you say protein powder lacks fat, is it possible to add healthy fats to a shake as a middle ground or is there not really a good alternative to letting them out? And regarding EMS for 20 minutes, is that a good exercise during the week? It has some resemblance to HIIT I would say but I would hope for your expert advice on it...
ОтветитьDo you keep track of our comments by name? I messaged on another video earlier and want to add that I think I might need more salt, definitely HIIE and to fast longer. Your videos help greatly!!!
ОтветитьDr berg you should start rock climbing
ОтветитьWhere do you start if you have high cortisol and IR?
ОтветитьWhat I don't understand is that intermittent fasting good or bad for muscle growth?
ОтветитьYour knowledge is amazing berg ❤ wow
ОтветитьSleep/rest is the main “nutrient” to make your muscles grow
ОтветитьI'm not sure about the possibility a marathon runner could have insulin resistance. They have huge mitochondria they can burn calories like a charcoal furnace
ОтветитьThat's exactly what I have been feeling, weakness and lack of energy. I am post-menopausal, and I have been losing muscles and losing strength. I've been longing for my mid-twenties body again. I need the help to get back to feeling strong and energetic again. And looking great again too!
ОтветитьWe need and want Dr Berg to Tour the Country!!!
Ответитьtks you
ОтветитьI love weak men who can't lift a gallon of milk to tell me how to gain muscle.
Ответить❤
ОтветитьShake of - fistful of dried blueberries, cherries, cranberries, goji berries, raisins and strawberries, fistful of almonds, fistful of cashew, fistful of pumpkin seeds, 2 spoons of chia seed, half spoon creatine, 1 scoop soy protein isolate, 1 scoop pea protein, 1 scoop whey protein, 1 banana, 1.4 L water, 1 Brazil nut, half avocado and 3-4 spoons Greek yogurt.
ОтветитьBut here in india those who want to gain muscle need to eat food every 2 hr . And you say eat only 2 meal for muscle building which one is correct. Can you make this video with profile.
ОтветитьDo NOT listen to this video if you actually want to build muscle. This is the most misguided advice I've ever heard about for muscle building. If you're a healthy person, you need carbohydrates to build muscle. Full stop. You'll want .7 to 1 gram per pound of body weight of protein and 200 to 500 grams of carbs. I used to follow this advice and my body consumed my muscles and I became underweight (140 lb male ~40yo). What got me back to a healthy weight was the above advice. Don't follow this garbage advice UNLESS you're obese or diabetic.
ОтветитьGetting Dr Berg on Stefan Molyneux podcast would be even more helpful for the world.
Im sure the conversation would turn into how this knowledge is kept from children 😢
You are the best!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🙏🏻❤️
ОтветитьWhen people do bodybuilding I thought the belief is you need insulin to push carbs and protein in your muscles to help deliver the nutrients.
Bodybuilders also eat like every 2-3hours sometimes 6 plus meals a day.
I know they’re taking steroids but it seems this advice is somewhat the opposite of what the fitness industry believes.
Would love to understand more, even though this is a highly detailed video, would love to see a follow up video with even more details.
I've been thinking of taking aminos and creatine I took aminos once and I felt so much better
ОтветитьWhat about plant protein?
ОтветитьI'm a 66 year old women with multiple skeletal and muscles weakness. This is 👍 ❤😊
Ответить❤
ОтветитьI think keto is boring... but necessary. I want to do intermittent fasting eating everything, but iam not fat. One meal dense meal to get the nutrients is too much for me, i was doing this special pattern of eating. But iam loosing weight. I don't need loose weight!! I needs carbs!!
ОтветитьThat’s why to grow more muscles I combine animal proteins with plant proteins in my nutrition because they have balanced essential amino acid composition and all other nutrients mentioned in the video
ОтветитьThe best content on educating people towards healthy nutritional diet. His advice helped me to reduce the fatty liver condition and now I'm here to improve more. Thanks Dr.
ОтветитьThank you for all you do for us. You’re a true life saver. I have created a “Dr. Berg” folder in which I am saving your videos.
ОтветитьThank you for the!
ОтветитьEveryone making a big deal about him misspelling muscle
No, human being is perfect. No product is perfect. No services perfect.
Do not be a hypocrite.
His plus sides far, outweigh his negatives.
I keep getting so much conflicting advice about nutrition its getting old i dont know what to believe
Ответитьdoes he mean 3-6 ounces of protein per meal?
ОтветитьAfter this guy slaps some more beef on those arms I’ll take him a little more seriously
ОтветитьMusles need vitamin C. See what I did there.

ОтветитьWish I knew how to manage this weight gain when I already do what he recommends, just dont have a gallbladder and have a tumor on pituitary!😡🤦🏽♀️
Ответитьहिन्दी मे चाहिये
