Dell Optiplex 7010 Ram Replacement / Reseat (790, 390, 3010, etc.)

Hey man I previously had 16gb of ddr3 installed i replaced It decided to go with a trusted brand corsair vengeance ddr3. 16gb I seated the ram and it would recognise 2 out of 4 sticks 1 & 3 not recognised. Any pointers to what I should do I have a Dell optiplex sff 7020.
