I think it's suspicious we haven't seen Gohan at all, which could either be more or less evidence that he shows up later. I think if he is going to show up later, then he'll arrive with Vegeta.

ChiChi calling Gohan a delinquent when he was SSJ all day was because she thought he dyed his hair blonde which is a reference to a trend in Japan of punk and ruffian type teens to dye and cut their hair blonde. It is kinda a global trend but only in Japan did it have a tough guy delinquent association.

Honestly vegeta is a alien who took on being like a human dad caring for his son and daughter from the last few parts of Z all of super and GT goku on the other hand loves his family but doesn’t understand he is somewhat of an absent father he doesn’t know he is one they even make this joke in super where he forgot about Gohan because he isn’t a fighter at that point

It's hard to say if she hate him or not, she has the best reasons to hate him, the saiyan invasion was the reason for Goku's first death and for Piccolo kidnapping Gohan for training, also lots of Goku's friends died during that battle
But on the other hand she's pure of heart (she can ride the nimbus) and it's 100% sure she's aware of the good things he did during the Namek and the Android saga, she also surely talked about it with Bulma
I think she hated him a lot but with time, she realised he changed for the better and stoped hating him, at least that seems to be the most logical way she would think about Vegeta (in my opinion)

she's one of the first ones to jump to his defense during battle of the gods when the group suggests that he might still have some evil in him thus the ritual might not work with him involved and she says he is a good husband to bulma and good father for trunks and honestly that's more than she has ever said out loud about Goku
