ok, that whole process must have been frustrating. I had to be on the phone for 40 minutes the other day with the bank, and I almost went nuts. Having to deal with those many websites not wanting to collaborate? I'm not sure if I wouldn't give up on publishing my book 🤣

Wow! Good for you for staying calm and getting through this. I would have freaked out by now. This is why I'm soooo not ready for anything direct yet and why I'm still using kdp and draft2digial lol.

I've been wanting to annotate book one of my series but I can't decide how. Are you writing it in an actual books or doing it via comments on word or google docs? If the latter how are you sending it to readers? I've researched but haven't found any info on this for authors at all!

Thank you for sharing! This was helpful to see. For an ISBN purchased from Bowker for my poetry book. If I used it for KDP, can I use that same ISBN for BNPress? Or do I have to use a new ISBN for BNPress?

Thanks for the video! It's a good lesson for aspiring self-publishers to learn. I'm not wide yet, but plan to take my first series wide next year (~Nov) and have only started Ingramspark, but that has given me headaches, too, with just uploading a cover with the right dimensions (as it's different from Amazon). Now I know what to look forward to with some of these other vendors!

Are you going to be adding the how tos to your course?

I am nowhere near at this level, but I did learn something, especially with the books 2 read. Never heard of that before. Then again, I am not much of a social media person, so yeah, I have a lot to learn.

Do you have any videos on how to create a pre-order on Ingram? I uploaded a blank manuscript, to activate the preorder, now when I'm ready to upload the final one, I get a message that says anyone who has already ordered will get the previous file? Is this true? What am I doing incorrectly? THANKS!
