Zard won't win worlds. Anytime people have expected it at other major tournaments, it got hard countered and fell flat on its face almost everytime. The people competing at worlds are ready for Zard to come in strong and are ready to tech/counter it. Dusknoir is strong, but it's more of a disruptive card. I think it was a bit overhyped.

If any deck is winning worlds it's probably gonna be Regidrago or Dragapult in my opinion.

I like how you've been shitting on united wings this whole time, and then you suddenly use it in the "win worlds" video.

What’s the purpose of 2 rotoms in Charizard deck?

What about a singular Grant in the United Wings deck?
Idea is to discard it and later use it as a double discard from hand to dump more birbs onto the pile with more ease and get it back into your hand. This can be handy in some scenarios you don't want to discard your whole hand, just bit by bit

That zard list gives me mixed feelings. Noir is great for the pace of the deck but adding ANOTHER stage 2 like while still trying to keep pidgeot and mixing rotom/fezendipiti likes seems like a dangerous recipe against decks with more disruption or control.

ngl I hope the other guy is right, I think Regidrago Vstar is such a cool card! But it just doesn't seem fast enough to compete.

I laughed at how you guys kept hitting the Pokestop and saying you wouldn't be burned! That card is one of those cards that people will talk about for years after it goes away. Like Dual Ball and other high variance cards.

Great content as always Andrew. I think if you include the kirlia refinement line in the deck than united wings wouldn't be punished from hand disruption cards as much.

Zard isn’t winning worlds. Pult or garde aren’t winning either. Everyone’s over looking greninja ex theme deck. Too broken needs an instant ban

On the Bibarel comment; Bibarel was more than just a way to draw cards. It was used as an alternative way to keep consistency against Raging Bolt / Lost Zone decks due to their reliance on Iron Hands. It being a 1 Prize, Stage 1 and not being 2x Weak to thunder really helps in these match ups and you’d just avoid setting up the Pidgeot. I don’t think replacing Bibarel with Fezandipiti would help as much as Bibarel does imo

Not a good deck 🤦 you lose an Ex cards . 2 prize to Draw cards . When you have combo in first turn it’s stupide .

That United Wings deck should be playing more support pokemon, you basically only lost those 2 games due to some disruption. "But consistency", the Charizard deck has 3 different stage 2 pokemon.

How does Fenzendipit work with Dusknoir? It says if your Pokemon was knocked out during your opponents turn, but you're knocking out Dusknoir on your turn..

it's good but I think regidrago has a better shot. It consistently attacks turn 2, zard can brick and having more evolutions won't help that. Not to mention the new Kyurem card. Regidrago can use it's attack to do 110 to 3 of it's opponents pokemon. that's a pidgey, charmeleon, and dusclops gone with ease and 3 prizes taken.

Yeah but it is three stage 2s Dragapult Charizard is not thought to be taking worlds so wouldn’t you think it’s possible this deck would not be the best deck in format during worlds
