I don't know why I'm addicted to Toll Bros they just think of everything tastefull. I'd probably put a kitchenette downstairs so you don't have to go upstairs especially if you have an argument with the other half. Awesome tour guide you could probably sell anything even clouds. I love how the stairwell is open love this plan for a three level home

the lack of doors on the bedrooms and the downstairs toilet is a massive no for me

I don't care for this home it screams claustrophobic 🤦🏾‍♂️ plus American West just knows how to make a 3 story home better. Also I think I like Blue Heron homes over Toll Bros.

For such a small house there is a lot of wasted space. Modern is relative term here, some of the details are pretty old fashioned. You keep mentioning the view, that will be gone after the new houses are build and there's no way to see the waves unless you use the telescoop from the kids room.

Toll Brothers are my favorite but 3 story not my jam. Hey, where are you from? Only asking because of your accent.

Toll Brothers is the best! I love this home. This floor plan is brilliant for a very active and fit family only! I lived in a home where the garage was on the bottom and it was 3 levels...carrying in groceries or shopping purchases was a PAIN literally.. Or if you leave the house and forget something in your bedroom.. You have to run up and down 2 flights of stairs and back🙄😭😢 If you have a baby or toddler.. You are carrying your offspring and baby gear up and down those flights! Skip the gym membership.. You prolly wont need it lol. I think the elevator would be a smart investment if you want to be there long term with ease.💜For me I'd rather live on one level or only 2. 3 is too much.

Nice reviews! All toll brother homes look essentially the same, you should consider looking into more custom homes rather than spec homes. Makes it more interesting to watch.
