If one delves deep enough into themself they may find a place of calm and tranquil nonexistence. If they journey deep enough into that place they may find the "backdoor" to their true self, the self that is beyond the conscious state of thought.
The self that is unfettered by the crude materiality of mind and that simply is.
Pure, ever shining with the light and love of the universe.
Do not stive to be in this state as it will always slip from your grasp, however simply allow yourself to be in the state you are in and tune into the feeling of the cycle of the breath.

You are the universe experiencing itself. You and everything is one.
