The process of continuity and rupture in land, agriculture, and animal husbandry.

Continuity: The first village, the first city, the first nation.

Rupture: In 2013, a lab-grown burger cost £400,000; by 2022, it was only $11. On February 22, 2023, Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida announced that Japan would begin developing a "cellular agriculture" program. The European Union is also drafting relevant regulations to provide legal food safety protection for cellular agriculture.

How much c02 does funding war produce? We spend billions a year on that for no gain at all but that's fine isn't it because a few rich people can make tonnes of money selling weapons then their media slaves sell the chaos to us on the news and use our taxes to pay for it...

The real issue for me is STOP killing animals!!! We don't need to grow our meet on live animals! We have the technology to grow it in a lab already - and make it 100% more healthy, no antibiotics, no Hormonal Growth Promotants, no chemicals and toxins! Pure, healthy, 100% NOT FAKE, real meat!

So it is cheaper to grow, feed, keep, live animals for months and years and then kill them, than to grow meat in a lab... because animals' lifes are worth nothing, right? This says everything about humanity!

Every time I meet a lefty plant only eater, I increase the amount of meat in my diet. Of course the BBC is a marxist propaganda media. "As a climate journalist." Give me a break. The average temperature of earth was higher than it has been the last 10,000 years. A good visualization is that half of Florida's pan handle was under water most of it's existence. Somewhere about 40-80 miles north of Orlanda.

Breeding, feeding and raising animals for human consumption is a waste of resources and requires vast areas to be deforested in order to raise these animals. They require vast amounts of fresh water, taking away available resources from humans. Sixteen pounds of vegetable protein is needed to feed a cow with only one pound of edible protein in return, wasting 15 pounds of protein that could be fed to humans. They create an enormous amount of waste, and these waste lagoons are known to contaminate aquifers, rivers, streams and other fresh water sources with every major storm. Waste runoff from nearby farms is the reason why vegetables are contaminated with salmanella and lysteria, causing major health problems to humans. The animals that are in slaughterhouses are treated inhumanely and tortured. These sentient animals secrete pain and fear into their bodies…every bite a human takes of their muscles and organs is infused with the energy of fear and pain. If this doesn’t convince people of moving in the direction of cultivating meat in a factory lab, at least consider lab-grown meat for pet consumption – why not allow this form of agriculture to make dog and cat food? Contaminants can be controlled, as well as diseases farmed animals may have that go unnoticed in the entire process. With the FDA downsizing their inspections there’s more risk of raising animals for human or animal consumption then ever before. Allowing the dairy/cattle industry to make laws that stop innovations that help humans isn’t based on science…it’s being dictated by economics.

What kind of horrible propaganda outlet is this? Why are all the "journalists" from the start spewing their personal (uninformed) sentiments about this meat, i.e., that it's something they would reluctantly try, and only in the name of journalism? If meat can be grown in a lab, it's obviously a marvel of modern science and simultaneously the most ethical and climate friendly option. Even the headline of this video is misleading: Countries are banning it out of protectionism, and people are not buying it because it's too expensive.

Big Government Decides what we eat... I say lab grown meat will reduce emission.
A single cow produces between 154 to 264 pounds of methane gas per year.
a Cow takes 2yr to grow, Lab grown meat take 2 weeks
In we want have to kill as many animals anymore..
Lab Grown could be,no more corn fed meat, no hormone n steroids in pesticide.
