ОтветитьMexican lasagna really. Looks really good. A simpler way is use layers of tortillas instead of batter. Faster, easier and less carbs.

ОтветитьIf you used at the end the hot tomate sauce there is no need to add more chopped tomatoes to the mixture of the chiles poblanos. Other thing is that you have to take out all the seeds from the chiles poblanos when you peeled them , all of them ..

ОтветитьI was curious if you know well I’m sure you do know how to make tomatillo salsa? The spicy kind, I prefer the rojo over verde but I cannot find any recipes anywhere. I have only had it at Mexican restaurants and you have to specifically ask for it and for the spicy kind.

ОтветитьMy Mom taught my older sister how to cook I use to watch them in the kitchen but, learned by try and I Love your recipes as well I'm going try them if I can my is vegan, I'm not I Love Spanish food hot or mild I my make my own tortillas and sopapias
