Seems potentially dangerous for the Pam of the hand in the very beginning. Looked like the rib cage cracked and broke. Only slightly worried about getting a bone blade into my hand. Once past the rib cage though… that was golden aside from the separation of the esophagus, heart and diaphragm. Still though… neat trick👍🏻

Would their be a risk of popping a bladder or any organ I don’t want popping inside and ruining the meat?
