Valve introduced this because people were intentionally killing themselves to get to full health faster than if they looked for a medic and waited for them to heal them.

I've thought of a concept weapon where it reverses the crit heals, so you heal faster if someone recently took damage, but slower if they haven't.

The thing is, it's not the medic that needs to know this. It's their teammates. The medic can't stop them from taking damage/resetting the time.

First of all, I thought about kritzkrieg medic give crits to another one medic but with stock medigun.

I dont have time to wait til i get crit heal to my patients, if i l not heal them instant they l spam medic in terryfing believe, what medic l heal them, what he l choose em, so i just use crossbow, 70 hp instant close and 150 hp in distance, its like 4-8 sec if healing i can spent to other teammates. When you use it constant you starting to become the real machine of heal, some of teammates can even feel themselves immortal.

Who else loves it when a soldier or demo doent rocket jump away and jumps walks since they know there being healed

I just close range crossbow shot . That heals 73 - 110 health. Then I leave and as I leave I take another shot. By the time the other shot hits I’m at the demo who’s ready to be ubered.

I usually don't Crit Heal that much since main Medi Guns are the Quick Fix and the Vaccinator

Can we all agree that valve needs to fix that stat for soldiers and probably demo's where if they use a jumper it still counts as damage, therefore making you get less healing

I just noticed today in a match that the mediguns have crit heals. When I was healing a low health engi he was at 3 or 5 hp and I know the medigun didn't heal as fast as the quick fix, it went from 5 hp to full to 2-3 seconds like the quick fix. This surprised me and really made me think about crits. I know this is a BIT different then what Array is talking about, but it's still useful information.

Does this mean faster ubers? If so, then during calm times, you should seek out the sniper for faster uber.
