wow looks so easy but yet so challenging!! i hope this can help make my glute stronger,then my pelvic floor gets stronger too,so it will get rid of my lower back pain and in the same time give me some nice booty 😊😊

Done 20 minutes today and it never feels like a workout because they're always so fun😃 Really nice leg stretches in this Pilates workout if you have achy legs after completing workouts.❤ Thanks Roxanne!
