it feels like my calves are trying to help lifting and extending my legs and taking over the work from my glutes.. Is there a way to prevent this?

I did this workout because today is the first day of my period so I don't feel like moving my body too much so this video was perfect ! still felt the burn especially during the last exercise !

I was wondering... I am feeling too much pressure on the front part of my pelvis...I tried using a towel underneath but it still hurts a little. Is there anything else I can do??🥺

wow looks so easy but yet so challenging!! i hope this can help make my glute stronger,then my pelvic floor gets stronger too,so it will get rid of my lower back pain and in the same time give me some nice booty 😊😊

What would the exercise be called when you lay on stomach and lift both legs while feet are together, and move them back and forth side to side (right to left)? And is it beneficial or no? Why it why not? Can it help someone with coccyx/sacrum fracture?

Done two of Roxanne's workouts today. One no equipment ab workout this morning and just completed this workout before going to bed. Always feel better after completing Roxanne's workouts! Done 20 minutes today and it never feels like a workout because they're always so fun😃 Really nice leg stretches in this Pilates workout if you have achy legs after completing workouts.❤ Thanks Roxanne!
