After seeing your review of Higdon apex strutter, I went out and purchased the Higdon before the NY opener because a friend wanted to take his first long beard with his bow. WOW!! is all I can say about this decoy. After calling two toms away from a hen they came in on a string and beat the decoy up. I've been hunting turkeys for over 20 years now and never used decoys before. Boy I didn't know what I was missing. This decoy made me a believer. Great review!!

Been using a ol tom casanova for years just because I love the built in handle I’d never buy a strutter without a built in handle

Decoy looks good but that head looks really shinny...

I’d highly suggest focusing on paint that turkeys can see , the spectrum of light they see is so much different than ours or excuse me more powerful they see a spectrum of light we can’t and some paints make them turkeys glow in the dark basically to them , I’d love to talk more
