That just shocked me while I was watching this scene in IMAX

This scene makes me question why Grindelwald wanted Credence so badly. Apparently he wants him to fight Dumbledore because he can't, but if some dark wizard can find a way to defend himself from and then escape Credence Obscurus attack then what makes Grindelwald think Dumbledore and other wizards can't? Credence would at best be best suited as a huge distraction and a way to cause mass destruction in the muggle world before the wizard authorities show up and overwhelm him like in the first movie. At the end of the day Credence doesn't seem to be as big of a deal as Grindelwald and the others think.

The obscurus is Voldemort since it has his voice and mindset
