Companies can ensure that workers are satisfied by providing new challenging tasks that get the workers motivated to accomplish them. Workers feel responsible and this would increase their productivity.

other ways of motivating
hosting company holidays
having groups with same hobbies together (create clubs to bring a sense of friendship)
creating a comfortable, fun and nice environment
teamwork!!!!
having something like employee of the month where the lucky person is allowed to ask for a cup of tea and someone would do it without question.

They can send out online surveys to see how their workers are feeling and to encourage them to share feedback on what will make them feel better in their job, this will allow workers to feel that they are cared for and encourage them to pit the extra effort(provided an effort by the employer to implement these is made)

i see people telling that they like the drawing version better personnaly i think this is better because it is not glitchy easy to take notes and also i was tired at looking at the same black lady pointing finger

maslow theory suggest that there are 5 atages of motivation

philosofical needs

safety/security

social needs

self estime

and finnaly self actualization



as they go up the heirarchy the more motivated the workers get

however this doesnt apply to some workers

fw taylor theory suggest that the worker can only be motivated if you give them money bonuses etc....

once again this doesnt apply to some people

finnaly hersberg theory

hersberg said there are 2 things hygein and motivater

heigen is every day to day things that company provide like ac,salaries break etc.......
if heigin is there it will not provide as a motivater butif they are not there it will act as a demotivater

An appropriate method of motivating a class would be by encouraging interaction amongst students- hich would satisfy social needs- and encouraging them to ask questions, as well as praising them for innovative ideas and meaningful contributions to lessons- which would not only boost their esteem needs, but also clear any questions they might have and make the topic clearer for them.

the workers can be motivated to work more efficiently, if some terms and conditions are given like if they are able to produce a certain fixed amount of products within a fixed period of time or day they will be rewarded with off days, breaks or bonus.

Fringe benefits(free healthcare, company cars, discounts on company products) are financial non-cash rewards not non-financial methods

for shared ownership do workers get some money back since they are part owners or shareholders

Firms can make fun activities and sessions for the staff to make the staffs have fun and not to bore the staff and tell them to ask any doubts and clear it for them and so they can know that they dont have to stress on the doubts .

by doing some quizzes or playing games related to the chapters or first study properly and then talk with each other for 5 min

3. Im in (fourth form). There is a time we wrote a bio test everyone was tired to write it teacher wagered a dollar worth of snacks if majority of the class got above C+ in the test so it got people excited to write the test it was a hot afternoon everyone wanted a free session.
