maslow theory suggest that there are 5 atages of motivation
philosofical needs
safety/security
social needs
self estime
and finnaly self actualization
as they go up the heirarchy the more motivated the workers get
however this doesnt apply to some workers
fw taylor theory suggest that the worker can only be motivated if you give them money bonuses etc....
once again this doesnt apply to some people
finnaly hersberg theory
hersberg said there are 2 things hygein and motivater
heigen is every day to day things that company provide like ac,salaries break etc.......
if heigin is there it will not provide as a motivater butif they are not there it will act as a demotivater

3. Im in (fourth form). There is a time we wrote a bio test everyone was tired to write it teacher wagered a dollar worth of snacks if majority of the class got above C+ in the test so it got people excited to write the test it was a hot afternoon everyone wanted a free session.
