ОтветитьBest boxer step tutorial ive watched
Ответитьgood tutorial the drills really worked
ОтветитьBest tutorial ever 🙌🏾😩
ОтветитьNew to skipping at 47 and still trying to get this one down. Great vid!
ОтветитьThanks, a clear demonstration of how to practise shifting weight. Great initial basic training steps - Super helpful!
ОтветитьBest tutorial
ОтветитьThe best and clearest tutorial for the boxer step! I've seen couple of boxer steps tutorials and made it from this one!
ОтветитьThis was awesome. Thank you. Going to try it tomorrow.
ОтветитьThis tutorial is really effective, im doing the basics for 2 weeks and planned to add new tricks to my skip, i just followed your guide and damn i got it in 30mins.😁👍 Ty!
ОтветитьI have several of the tricks under my belt, but I still haven't gotten boxer step yet. I feel like I should be able to get it now, though. It's going to be the next new skill I work on.
ОтветитьThank you for explaining this clearly
ОтветитьI just got it!!! Thank you so much 😊 This is the best explanation out there!
ОтветитьBest instructions I’ve seen period! Thank you and it worked for me beautifully.
Ответитьoutstanding tutorial
ОтветитьThis is the best instructional video ever. I followed the instructions to the T. And i nailed the boxers skip within 10mins. My technique may not be that clean. But I'm sure with a little practice, i can polish it.
ОтветитьThank you!!
ОтветитьThis was so helpful!
I’m on my third day of jumping rope and I just couldn’t get the boxer step down, and then your video helped me instantly!!
Thank you so much 😊
Many don't realise this. The video was shot without any cut(blooper) while he gives an absolutely detailed tuto.
ОтветитьYou actually only did the step for about 5 seconds in this video. The rest was talking and pieces. Please show how the actual boxer step looks when you're jumping. Maybe you can be jumping while you're talking...
ОтветитьI have watched so many videos hoping to finally learn the cool, loose boxer step. That it's not that easy, we all know who found your video. Your approach with the big side step was the key and helped me to break through. Today, thank God, I forgot my sneakers and tried the boxer step barefoot for the first time following your instructions. Barefoot is much easier for me than with shoes. Thanks to your great explanations, I finally understood the rhythm and was able to sway briefly in the Boxer Step a few times. Olé. Thanks a lot and greetings from Switzerland!
ОтветитьWhat if my goal is not to last longer but to demolish and grow my calves? Can I jump using one leg at a time?
ОтветитьThis tutorial is the best I’ve come across so far. I’ve watched a handful of other videos and couldn’t get the trick but after these very simple drills I got it down. Might look too basic but it works thanks!
ОтветитьSo it's basically a modified alternating foot jump?
ОтветитьI know this is 4 yrs aro but still very concise and clear demo thank you! Happy skipping
ОтветитьThanks Dave!
ОтветитьThank you so much coach 🙏.
This is the clearest instructions I have seen in the boxer step🌷
Its look easy you show it slow Thanx i learned a lot of it an i can manage it👍💪
ОтветитьLike many comments, got this down after about five minutes using this video. Never quite got it before. Only my fitness holding me back now! Thank you 🥊
ОтветитьWow, thank you so much for this. New to jumping and love it. Saw someone doing this so fluidly today at the gym. Can't wait to try it out next time. Very well explained. Thanks!
ОтветитьThank you ! Does both feet go up at the same time when you skip and shift weight.. and like when you do regular jumprope.. ?
ОтветитьThis is great
ОтветитьI thought i would learn it for like 1 week but thanks to your tutorial it took me 15 minutes
ОтветитьOmgggf I just got my boxer step down!!!! I cannot thank you enough!!!❤❤ thank youuuuu!🎉🎉🎉🎉I was doing basic bounce, criss crosses, straddle and front to back steps...everyday for 10min..and it was quite challenging!!! I think this will help me skipp more and have greater results
ОтветитьAs others have said, this is the best explanation I’ve found for the boxer step. I’ve seen others explain it, and it didn’t work. The side to side exercise makes it totally doable. Great job!
ОтветитьNice one, thank you
ОтветитьSo helpful. I've been trying to do it without instruction and actually concluded I just couldn't do it. Thanks!
ОтветитьReally useful
ОтветитьThanks for the detailed steps of doing this. My big problem is simply getting both feet off the ground. Doing the double bounce and then putting more weight on the outside foot. Also only do five skip sessions. Hoping to be a one foot jumper; it's looking possible. This is such a fun exercise, I carry a rope in my pack, to pull out at the first chance.
ОтветитьGreat training video
ОтветитьThe first three hops are just done properly. :-P Thank you for the tips.
ОтветитьThank you so much! At last I found the REAL tutorial!
ОтветитьThis is the only video which helped me get the boxer step. I always messed up my timings. The catch here is to practice the hops without rope first. After few drills like 10 mins without rope now try with rope. Suddenly your brain and body will catch the timing on when to hop with the rope. Then onwards daily practice the boxer step u will keep getting better. In 3 days your form will improve and you will do it effortlessly. Practice !!
ОтветитьOne of my favourite styles.. Ex-Boxer 😅.. you nailed it ❤
ОтветитьThis is amazing thank you
ОтветитьI was struggling with this jump until watching this video... Thanks a bunch for putting this out there!
ОтветитьThank you!! This was crystal clear!
