Copying other YouTube videos is still the best way to succeed on YouTube

A lot of the bigger creators will straight up copy from the smaller content creators, thinking that nobody will notice, and since they have more subscribers they feel that it’s justified. I just say call everybody out and call a spade a spade, I am going to call out my Copycat tomorrow as we speak.

As a fellow creator, I am always trying to push the boundary with different formats but I always hold myself back, as I am not sure whether they would be accepted by my audience. But this is some really interesting content that is great. Wonderful job buddy

Great video Kevin! Nice and simple without too much editing. For the photos, I recommend you crop the vehicles or other objects out and add those alone in the video, it comes out catchier than the full photo from my experience so far. Btw, which camera do you use?

Great insights! I'm getting differing opinions on title length.
Some people say keep it short so there's no dot dot dot and others (like Mr. Beast) say the dots are fine but intrigue the viewer to hover to see the full title. What's your take on this?

Similar thing happened to me—I got a notification from VidIQ for a video with the exact title of my most popular video. A few days later, a creator with 10x more subs than me made that video. They don’t follow me, and not sure they watched my original, but likely went off that recommendation.

I think if we're going to copy, we shouldn't do it exactly like the other creator. Also, I think we should at the least cite the creator who inspired us to copy.

I'm a smaller creator but now I kind of want to copy your titles and thumbnails on unrelated videos just to give you that confirmation that you're doing well, because you are!

Obviously this wouldn't make sense to do, but just know you're doing amazing. And I agree with you, having 100% original from the ground up is hard to do even just by accident. I've had many ideas that I thought of myself, but then found out that many, many other people had done them already
