I'm living in Thailand. It's very easy to differentiate a ladyboy from a normal woman. If their beauty mostly comes from enhancements ie. Fake boobs duck lips then they most likely a ladyboy. Thai woman and woman in South East Asia have a natural beauty the the western world has forgotten about. The western world is all about surgically enhancing or changing your looks to be beauty, where's as most women here are beautiful without trying

ladyboy is tranwoman or queer but the concept of a ladyboy here might be diff than tran elsewhere some might want to be woman while some might not want to be one they just comfortable to be this way.
