id pay it all off
ОтветитьThats one heck of a key fey for an apartment. =-) But man, that view is something else.
ОтветитьThat rooftop pool with the view, what a dream home.
ОтветитьWhat weird cultural nonsense explains the no fridge? You get wine glasses but no fridge….
ОтветитьIt has been a while since I felt loser-poor. It is back.
ОтветитьAre there any houses in Japan where the kitchen benches, bathroom hand basin, and other table surfaces are not so low? I'm not even tall and it seems like a lot of bending forward. I guess it's good practice for bowing lol
ОтветитьKeep us posted if any fool invests in this
ОтветитьThat view is everything. Phenomenal.
ОтветитьPretty cool view, so much lofi vibes in that living room 🎵, although you do not need to pay that much to also have one of the best view of Tokyo 🤫
ОтветитьYou are paying exclusively for the pool at this property because the condo is a joke lol
ОтветитьMy place in Yokohama had the baller view (Mt Fuji, Minato Mirai, Harbour, and Downtown Tokyo all the way to the sky tree….. but was 1/10th the size 😊A) rent was about the same $3.5K which was amazingly cheap compared to Boston. That place though wow. If only I had a rich Japanese relative that needed an heir.
Ответитьfor a Penthouse in the middle of the BIGGEST CITY IN THE WORLD, $8.5million is worth it man🤔
but what makes me curious is how the parking area is. Because with a penthouse as good and expensive as this in a very prestigious place, you will definitely use a luxury car to get around the city of Tokyo, and I know parking lot in Tokyo is not as good as other city in the world:)
It is quite small.
ОтветитьAs nice as the penthouse is, I'm genuinely more mesmerized by the 'PUG' emblazoned across his torso.
ОтветитьThe view is incredible but the appartment in itself honestly looks like shit for this price
ОтветитьWTF dude!!!! That master bedroom... anyone that knows japanese culture would say "MINE!!"
A large bedroom is pretty much saying "I can have a harem if I damn well please".
Ensuite...Yes! finally. In a beautiful expensive house or condo a must.
Ответить8.5 rent or own?
Ответитьunbelivible..perfect
Ответитьyes but where is this relative to jujutsu kaisen
Ответитьた
ОтветитьThis is probably the coolest condo I have ever seen. The view is just incredible and by itself makes this place worth $8.5 million. I'm actually kind of sad that I will never live anywhere as nice as this.
ОтветитьI still feel myself being squeezed in this 8.5 million apartment. Come on, just look at the size of that kitchen.
Ответитьyou must be a genius if you buy this place.
ОтветитьMy main concern is whether the ongoing monthly cost is fixed, or how it's indexed. Otherwise, if I had that sort of money, maybe I'd consider it.
Ответить3.5k a month in NY would get you a shoebox, so if you have the money to buy the apartment itself- that should be nothing.
ОтветитьPool measurements - please!!
Ответитьfor 8.5 Million thats really really underwhelming even the view is underwhelming like cool we see 3 little buildings cool ig def not worth it
Ответитьthe view = Amazing
worth 8.5M? hell nah!
What about parking ?
Ответить8.5 mil is cheap with something of this quality. I dont know what the rest are on about, or what they expect 8.5mil to look like.
Ответитьone day i want to buy this apartment 🤭
ОтветитьBuy the condo but rent the land sounds like a trailer park in Alabama
ОтветитьHaving this much money must be nice and relaxing... I would be in that pool every night.
ОтветитьBut, of course! Of course...
ОтветитьThey just forgot to install a socket for a fridge... what a cringe
ОтветитьI've never seen you so excited about a property before! :D That roof was amazing. Was not expecting a pool!
ОтветитьWhat a terrible investment. That is not a 8.5 mil kitchen. Also japanese real estate is a horrible investment.
Ответитьclonka
ОтветитьWith the money I earn I would need 350+ years to pay that off. If I do not include interest... well time to start saving I guess
ОтветитьTokyo is expensive 😂
ОтветитьSorry... Not paying a hefty rent for the property I just bought 8,5 M... Also, I understand that a furnished flat can be appealing to some, but I hate that it is imposed.
Fabulous unit nevertheless.
@TokyoPortfolio: If this is still owned by the City of Shibuya after purchase, what does it mean for repair costs and the like? Say, you discover that the pool has cracks / starts leaking. Will the city need to cover the expenses?
ОтветитьBelissimo
Ответитьthats cheap tbh
Ответитьi get all this including the view for 1100 a month in arizona lol
ОтветитьSo do you pay this and monthly and above all of that also property taxes
ОтветитьSo... Even though you can't own it outright, would you still buy it?
Ответить
