Outstanding home! Love the kitchen, butler pantry and pantry! That eat-in nook and bar ain't too shabby either! My only change (and it would be big but at this price point why not?) would be to build an upstairs for the children's rooms and fully outfit that basement with a game room, wine cellar, home theater, guest suite, bathroom(s) etc,.!

I've seen all 3 of the "modern farmhouses" and I love them all. This one seems to be most practical for two old folks with family coming and going. There are things I'd change in all three of them, but not by much. An elevator or 2 would be must-haves. The lower level great for including the puppers, keeping the upper level nice for guests.
They're all 3 beautiful homes, and this builder seems to have really tuned in to what we need.

Why is the tub inside the shower? That's so weird to me.

I've enjoyed this series but one thing I would like to change is it all the bar areas I would want to make sure there was a microwave available and also in any new home if it were me I would install handicap accessible toilets

This house is magnificent. So many new builds are so bland and forgettable. This house is not, it's full of character. Absolutely beautiful 😍

New favorite! Great floor plan. Love how its big but not intimidatingly so. It feeels so comfortable. Love the wide staircase and how the bzsement doesnt feel like a basement. Extra credit for the office.

Why do they keep putting those early '90s jacuzzis in new homes, what that bathroom needed was a "slipper bath" that truly is modern!

This is NOT a farmhouse.. My idea of a working farmhouse is a utility room at the back with a scored concrete floor with a hose on the wall and a drain in the middle!! And a toilet with a shower!! Give me a break this is not for an active rural life.

Beautiful! My only concern with this one would be the horizontal railings. My blood pressure would be through the roof worrying about kids using them like a ladder and then falling down below. (Mom of four boys) The land alone is unbelievable!

Está cariño hijo como como quieras no sé cómo te llamas esta casa parece la misma que la otra pero otro ángulo o tal vez es otra casa similar pero más pequeña pero también es muy bonita más pequeña también por qué la venden alguien se pregunta por qué venden estas casas tan bonitas son manejables esta casa es más pequeña no he visto las habitaciones ni el aseo pero ya entras y después no vale vale está chuli muy bien es la casa para vivir es una casa qué se puede llenar de cariño de alegría la otra caso es un poquito más un poquito mucho más alta pero esta está muy bien esta está muy bien para qué quieres más está bonita de verdad pero claro la otra es la otra es que caben todos los que vayan y más y esta no lo sé voy a seguir viéndola porque me está gustando también cariño la venderás que tengas mucha suerte hijo
