Finally got around to watching it
Another one of those grind house films from the 1970s hey days full of over-the-top action and gory violence
42 minutes it takes for Heidi to finally rise up and strike back
I would've figured it would be faster than that
But the gory kills are spectacular mixed with bodybuilders, zombies, cheese and it's stupid yes but entertainingly so
Lots of explosions and dumb one-liners as you'd expect
It's pure trashy fun being glaringly self-aware exploitation cinema
Alice Lucy is the best thing in the movie even if you'll forget the experience after
