Where I live, if the delivery of whatever you are eating(at a specific range of restaurants owned by the same company) takes too long and the food gets to you cold you get whatever you ordered for free. Obviously, this isn't a good move for the company, so its drilled into delivery drivers to get to you quick as fuck. So you can expect within 10 minutes of your order leaving the restaurant, your order will be in your hands, sometimes even less. Its very nice, and sometimes you get a free pizza when they aint quick enough.
The chain is rated extremely high just because of the perfect service. I swear to god those drivers have been trained to a professional level.
