sorry, don't know where to find answers. I am being banned constantly for unknown reasons on all my active characters. I have lost email names and passwords on some. I am never answered on my in-game support. There is no way that I can find to delete individual characters. There needs to be an easy way to delete individual characters ourselves from where you choose which character you want to play even if you don't have the log in information. I would like to keep playing the game, but, can't if this keeps up. I don't cheat and don't know what to do. Please make it easy to delete characters from inside game. Please tell people what they are doing wrong in detail when you ban them, so they can fix it. Also, it seems impossible to find any information on what to do.
