That start and finish was perfect the turn was just short. I understand everyone talks about WR but he is just after good swims. At Tokyo he is after gold first not WR . A foreign country time difference ect its hard to keep pushing multiple WR in big meets. With 3 different swims in each event plus relays …. Not saying he can’t but pretty tough. That’s what made Phelps so amazing
