ОтветитьI have been grilling meats for 50 some years and the last 8 smoking meats. My biggest issue is pork ribs. They all turn out good but not great. Like restaurants, all good but not great. Tried dozens of rubs most I dislike. What I do like is smoked ribs with a char taste that’s does not dry the ribs out. If can zero in on that you would make a 71 year old man happy.

ОтветитьI really appreciate you finding ways to make USA style bbq more accessible in the UK. Our products, meat and cuts are different so we can't always just copy. We almost need a hybrid style to suit what is available to us.

ОтветитьThe bbq tour is a great idea and I’m sure would definitely sell out everytime. Whenever I go to different cities throughout the US I always go on brewery tours, bbq tour sounds amazing!

In terms of future content that I’d like to see, I’ve really enjoyed the Weber kettle stuff, particularly if you’ve used something bought from a supermarket!
I feel this kind of stuff is the most relatable to me as a barbecue noob as it is a lot more accessible and I don’t own a great big offset smoker, nor do I feel comfortable buying expensive meat from artisan butchers just yet, in case I more than likely make a pigs ear of it 😂

ОтветитьI've been following you for about a year now and I love your video's. I've been to your offset smoker course at @prosmokebbq8530 and have booked onto one of the Texas BBQ courses next year. I'm about to be made redundant soon, and have been thinking about starting a pop up outside my home, so your consulting services maybe something I get in touch about.
