Hey, good day to you. Can you do a review of your experience while living in the home like have you had any maintenance and quality issues? I’m interested in buying a similar home and have been hearing some mixed reviews about septic issues and build quality.

Hello, is the house in good condition over time? Why are we buying from that construction company?

Wow, I feel so dumb not recognizing that hole is Allen key shaped. Thank you for the video!

Thank you for taking the time to show us how to fix this problem. I have to say, this is the best one-handed repair project/video I've ever seen 😁. Good job!

Mine started getting stuck a lot. This helped me a lot. my o-rings were fine, i just added some silicon grease to the o-ring and put it back together and i can feel an immediate difference, not only is it not stuck now but feels normal again. I used hayward grease that we use to grease o-rings/valves, PVC parts around our pool equipment which should work just fine here too since it's for plastic/o-rings. Oh and funny enough, i used a drill bit to take it out since i couldn't find allen wrenches, the back of trill bits has same shape and was the perfect size for his whole haha, i just stuck back of trill bit into it and twisted the drill bit.

THANK YOU!! I could not figure out I had to use an Alan wrench to get the bottom plastic bit off. This worked like a charm, I can’t thank you enough!

Nice video! In our case the spring was worn out and it took anywhere between 2-15 seconds for the diverter to turn off again. Tried re-tensioning it with pliers and greased the whole thing up with silicone lubricant, but ended up having to get a new sprayer instead.

Pro Tip - Before you do this - Alternate turning on hot and cold water full blast several times each. Ours gets stuck 4 to 5 times a year and every time look up how to fix it, my wife does that. 😂 Only replaced the O ring once.
