ОтветитьCan you do more advanced and intense workouts please? Been doing the 20 minutes workouts 2 times. And I think it would be nice if you increased the intensity. Your workouts definitely are the best and extremely enjoyable. Hope you can increase the time too, like 30 to 40 and even 50 minutes if you want. Favourite channel for calisthenics ❤
