JonBenet’s mother killed her by accident. When she came back to the house from the party she was attending she found the person abusing her daughter. She retrieved a golf club and when she attempted to hit the abuser she missed and accidentally hit JonBenet. The abuser had the little girl on her hands and knees and was violating her from behind. Mrs. Ramsey swung the golf club in a downward motion. The abuser moved out of the way and the golf club struck the girl on the left side of her head. The coroner determined that blunt force trauma caused her death. The abuser attempted to blackmail Mrs. Ramsey and they cooked up the ransom note. Moved the girl to the basement, Mrs. Ramsey fixed herself up and went back to the party.

I think the parents have always known who did it. I’m not saying they did, but I believe they know exactly who did.

The ransom note was fake and it was written by Patsy. Handwriting experts have already confirmed it was more than likely her. The 911 call was also staged and rehearsed by Patsy. If you listen closely to it Burke is in the background asking if he is in trouble. As far as the DNA ok we can go ahead and do new tests but I doubt it is going to show anything different than what has already been shown and that it will come back inconclusive. If Burke or Jon claim to be innocent why not just sit down with the Boulder Police or FBI and take a polygraph to clear their names???

I believe the husband did it... and she covered for him...just to save face and not lose their standing..she's paying for it now..he has to live with it.. until he joins her!!!!... Can't fool God....don't trust the FBI either...!!!!

These idiots just keep selling this story. Do the DNA. They needed to shield themselves from you. Why is John Ramsey still advocating for this and still very much involved in finding the killer if he did it? The police have decided to throw this case in a drawer and forget it, if John stayed quiet it would benefit his freedom if he had done it. Incompetence and ignorance. That is why they won’t run the dna bc it would make them look as dumb as they are. Put your egos aside and solve this.

Run that DNA through genealogical testing and shut up about the rest of it. I don't want to hear one more thing from the old team, and if the new investigators aren't running that DNA, I don't want to hear from them, either.

I suggest another deep dive into the parents/friends of the numerous beauty pageants JonBenet participated in. My take is that someone was extremely jealous of her winning so many times and their daughter lost repeatedly. Many aspects of the case point to a woman committing this crime. The ransom note, covering JonBenet with a blanket....... and so on

Long island serial killer was finally solved and this case can be solved as well if the local police will bow out.

The DNA was touch DNA. Even if they test it and it comes back as unknown male it doesn’t mean that none of the family were involved. Touch DNA could have come from anywhere eg the manufacturer who packed the underwear, remember the underwear was new and was taken from a cupboard and put on her after the assault. A big deal is made of this DNA but unless they have a match to someone it’s meaningless. Dee

Police are still clinging to their original, stale old viewpoint that the parents were somehow involved. That way, they can look as if they didn’t stuff up the investigation from the very start and put so much added stress on an already grieving family

I cant get past the fact that somebody would break into the house and go searching for a pen & notepad to write the ransom note. It would’ve been pre-written before entering the house surely. 🤨 and on top of that its not just a couple of lines that were written, it’s a few pages short of being a JK Rowling novel 😟😂🤦🏼‍♂️

Why write a ransom note for money but then don’t get the money?!? No call, no nothing.

Oh, for Pete's sake. Like the parents would write a ransom note with the exact amount of John's bonus, which was in the local paper, btw, basically saying "look at us"!! Are they this dense?? Run the DNA, test the pieces you missed, or shut up. They're still putting too much emphasis on this letter. That was the whole point of writing it. Even the killer knew it, and he's still getting away with it.

What a joke special prosecutor hasn't ruled out the parents.. is the prosecutor of how big of a lack of experience joke boulder was from 1st cop on scene who took a pic of an entry door ajar and didnt get snyone out of house an that let's forensics be mixed an ruined. They didnt bring a dog to track a scent they would have found JB right away not 6 hours later an maybe track a scent to a suspect neighbor door or car. 2 cops that morning never opened a small basement room door an a clueless detective let's John go in basement he finally opens that door an found his dead baby girl. Boulder was clueless on this case . They refuse to release DNA to the new technology to seperate it from JB blood an unknown males from last dna test years sygo. I have absolutely no doubt boulder sees all these you tube tabloid trash videos where all the followers truly believe John Patsy or Burke was involved. They love that it takes the focus off of so many things they did not fo. Boulder not gonna doltve this case. They didn't try to solve it with their no experience detectives almost 30 years ago. Family won lawsuits against a former detective an a TV special with 0 facts to back up their opinions. There is 0 DNA evidence from JB fingernails an underpants that links John Patsy or Burke. Just makes me livid this case. Its not gonna be solved unless boulder releases the DNA to new super technology. All the foresnsic experts, dr cyril whecht, pat brown have said that the "new dna" evidence is nothing new, its a combination of various and different TOUCH dna, not from blood, semen or saliva, and nothing but a red herring. The underwear that jonbenet had on was new, pulled out from a fresh package as can be seen in photos, so the supposedly new dna could have been an amalgamation of various dna from the point of production from China or wherever. John has been on endless publicity tours to propogate his innocence, and knows there is no other killer, so John, shut up already. Focus back on the craziest ransome note ever( who would ask for 118k only not 5 million or 10 million, from a multimillionaire worth tens of millions- his company had made over a BILLION DOLLARS IN PROFIT ALREADY at this point)from paper and pen found in the house, to both parents not giving a crap or saying anything when the ransome deadline had passed instead of FREAKING THE F OUT ( johnnwas casually sorting through his mail when the deadline had passes)John evading and refusing to meet the police for 4 months, refusing polygraph BUT GO ON A PUBLICITY TOUR ON CNN AND WHATEVER OTHER INTERVIEWS possible, and running away on his private jet to Atlanta, lawyering up and hiring publicists(WTF?), pineapple found in jonbenets stomach when she was supposedly asleep the night she came home, PREVIOUS s&x abuse, AND CALLING MULTITUDE OF FRIENDS AND PRIEST SO THAT ALL KINDS OF CARS ARE LINED UP OUTSIDE WHEN THE RANSOME NOTE SPECIFICALLY SAID THAT THEY WERE BEING WATCHED AND THAT JONBENET WOULD BE KILLED IMMEDIATELY IF THEY CALLED THE POLICE OR ANYONE ELSE, and so much more . Come on people, SERIOUSLY, is that how YOU would act if your child had been killed??? I would have stayed in Boulder and hounded the police relentlessly and constantly about finding the killer and to keep a vigilant eye on the investigation and demand daily updates, and would have done everything possible, including meeting with the police as many times as they wanted, taking the polygraph, and whatever else they wanted because my ONLY priority would be to find the killer, not about protecting my reputation- NOT RUN AWAY 1700 hundred miles away in my private jet at the first possible opportunity. The Ramseys threw enough money around in Boulder in order to escape justice from the corrupt legal sysyem.

After 28 years you would think that they would allow DNA genealogy to solve the crime because these losers at boulder Police Department should be investigated to rule out if they are the killer trying to continue to keep the killer safe and blame the parents even though DNA cleared them it’s Defamation of Character at this point.

I was obsessed with this case for some time, I hardly got out of it & now it is all coming back to me, there is no doubt in my mind the parents were involved & to see them playing victims, making huge money out of a tragic death is just disgusting, karma will follow

If the girl was killed by a sexual predator, why on earth would they leave a ransom note like this in the house? If it was a 'diversion', what are they diverting from if no one knows who they are? They only reasonable explanation of the ransom note is that it was composed by one or both of the parents, in a desperate, but nonsensical attempt to create plausible deniability.

The housekeeper asked to borrow money and she would have known about John's bonus. I think they should've looked more into her and her family.

It most likely wont be the families DNA but that doesn't mean that they didn't participate. They had a party it could have been any one of them.

The NetFlix doc was trash. Just run the DNA and let JonBenet get justice. It was probably a cop.

The devil is in the details. Why was there ransom note while the person for ransom is in the basement? And if ever it was an attempted kidnapping and the victim meant to be kidnapped eventually died during the crime, why leave a ransom and leave behind the dead victim inside the house where you supposedly abducted the victim? Why was there NO phone calls from kidnapper/s? Given that the boulder police failed on doing proper procedural steps in securing a crime scene, still Linda Arndt, the first police officer to respond, she was able to take mental notes and later on observation which later on written down as a report. We have to keep in mind that whoever staged this crime, they would have tried to wipe out DNA evidence and other trace evidence.
In this day and age where there so many behavioral experts who study body language on the internet, we can somehow learn to spot people who are NQR and sus during interviews. So, take note of how John Ramsey uses third person pronoun while being interviewed, instead of saying my daughter, he said “this child.” I have so many other insights on this case for I have followed this unsolved case for decades. The first time I have read on this case was from people magazine while I was 18 years old and now I am in my early 50s it is still unsolved and I am still following this case. As we get closer to Jonbenet’s death anniversary all I and or we can do is hope that in the near future, justice will be given to this child. If not in this lifetime, hopefully in my children’s.
