You can do everything if you want to do the thing.
1) Accept it your brain is producing more thoughts, Thoughts Machine, normal people doesn't have like you.
2) Normal people focus on their work. You too need to focus while offering Namaz, Reciting Quran, Darood Sharif or Remembrance of Allah. Focus on study, playing, reading, writing, cooking, washing, talking, walking. Focus on what you are doing but do good thing.
3) Increase your focus level.
4) Have a healthy food
5) Exercise
6) Sound sleep
7) Live stress free life
Work on your self. Now your everyday should be productive, it should not be wasted due to thinking thinking & thinking. Keep reading Darood Sharif for your heart peace and mental peace with focus.
