DEBT COLLECTOR CASE GOT DISMISSED AFTER SAYING THIS IN COURT

She didn't have the funds to pay for the bill so the dentist staff hooked her up with a credit company that they're lined up with. Will they run up a bill of roughly $5,000
. She's making payments on it. Then she noticed that the balance a lot of the payment was going mostly towards intrest. She could not keep up those payments and pay for her basic bills

The credit the credit company keep pounding her with phone calls and letters. She kind of feels that she was wronged by the dentist office and was unsuspecting what's the outcome might be. I'm pretty sure it's going to be a small claims situation. She would be very intimidated in a court situation. Do you have any advice?

My school loans were consolidated (Nelnet) back in 2017, and my last school year that a debt collector is saying is 2008. But I consolidated ALL my school loans in 2017 but now the debt collector is saying there is a promissory note. Thats a complete scam. How can they come after me on loans that are consolidated BY NELNET and even NELNET says no missed payments ever.

What qualifies as debt validation or proof you owe that debt? If they send a bank statement with your name and amount is that enough?

It happened to me. I rescued a dog from a shelter. The shelter tried to force me to return my dog. We got in an arguement. They sued me. I never went to court. I recently got an citation for discovery of assets because of a default judgement for 250,000.00 1/4 of million dollars. I couldn't believe it. I ended up filing bankruptcy. She wanted to garnish my wages and bank accounts and lein my house into foreclosure. I can't believe it. Like legal battery.

Okay they took my money they took my car I was literally 20 days since they didn't take the payment I have auto pay set up for a year my bank said that they didn't try to take July 4 payments but didn't contact me by phone or mail that I was even late , Aug 4 they took my payment on the 5 they took my car to truck did not call or knock on the door to get the keys but he put a note in the mail box that they inventoried my car already but they told the police department they would be taking it that was 17 days ago
