Out of Style for FALL 2024 *what to wear instead*

...do not care if cross body is considered out of style....safer in every location especially under a sweater or coat. Love to keep up with what's in trend as much as anyone else...but unfortunately in today's landscape...safe is better than cute .. large bags make you a target.

I have to disagree with the cross body bags. They are all wearing them in Italy. And so many women are wearing them here in the states.

l love the wide leg pants. They look so upscale compared to skinny. Just my Opinion

In Europe the crossbody purses are still in Style and skinny jeans. I don’t think these two things will ever be out of style. Europe not only is skinny jeans in style but very large baggy jeans.

Couple things, we all have different body types which I don't think get taken into consideration here. Some of these trends won't fit every body type. Second, I was wearing my flannel jacket before it was " trending" and I'll wear it now. I don't follow trends so much. I create them! :)

I have NEVER worn a plaid jacket. Maybe a lumber jacket would.

i LOVE my crossbody bags, and I can never walk around the city with out one!! I guess i will be "out of style"

I see crossbody bags as a necessity for safety and convenience reasons. If im going out to dinner or a dressy event i will carry a nice handbag but for daytime errands, shopping, casual events etc i will always wear my crossbody bags

Skinny jeans are horrific

Crossbody will never be out of style. And who makes those decisions anyway? And many things that are “in style” are so ugly that I can’t picture anyone wearing it.

All this trends are making us to run out to buy new clothes! After that style changes again so we need to constantly buy new clothes to keep up . I just wear what looks good on me and fit my life style.

I do not like blazers at all. I go for what is comfortable as much as possible and blazers just aren’t comfortable to me and they look too masculine to me.

It makes so much more sense to wear a skinny jean if it's wet and raining outside and I have to shove my jeans into a water resistant boot. I like my wide leg jeans but staying as dry and warm as possible when it's cold and wet outside is definitely on trend for me this fall.

I’ve been rewatching some 90’s shows and I really love a lot of the fashion from the mid to late 90’s. I see a lot of recreation of that style coming back. Similar to the slip skirts with sweaters, blazers, etc.

I have arthritis in my shoulders so I wear a leather Fanny pack im constantly being told that’s so 20 years ago😂but it’s not for fashion it’s a necessity I guess!

It’s much safer to wear a cross bag.. I think anyway.. I don’t know why and I hate to say this, but I’m just finding this really cringe

I hate kitten heels. I've haven't seen a single pair that are cute.

I think style is what someone likes and feels comfortable, not what crowds run after every year

I no longer care what’s in or out of style. I will wear whatever I feel like.

Women who have an eye and genuine style do not follow trends…fashion is a business, and like any business, increasing the profit margin is the priority. Although, the cold shoulder trend should never return 😂

So happy to see the oversize trend going away. Baggy clothes and those chunky moonwalk boots were terrible! I feel like it was a pandemic hangover in fashion. None of it suited my body type and my one oversize blazer will stay as I consider it classic.
Love the more fitted blazers so we can compliment our bodies we keep fit and well.

Don’t know if I can part with a x body bag tho…it’s hard on the posture keeping those shoulder bags on. 😂

I would never wear the baggy oversized jeans and clothes. I'm sorry and this is my opinion but the high rise jeans do not flatter any figure. I love midrise jeans in every style but baggy. I like the ankle boots with jeans.
