Burnt: yes. I listened to the sermon. A very good sermon. But my concern was raised when he said that one didn’t want to be the one whose zeal was the cause of a church split.
After pastoring for more than forty years, my concern was that he didn’t list anything about persecution, power struggles, or confronting false doctrine or traditions
I wish those things had been taught to me.

“We don’t know if that scribal note is accurate but if it is….” and the next several points are based on something that is possibly not true. As for the others complaint what he didn’t teach about other struggles, those things are clear in the scriptures, written out, and there for your edification. Show thyself approved.
