Does anyone have lifehacks on how to fill out a request for repairs to the service? It is impossible to submit an application without an RMA code, but to receive it you need to write to the support service. They do not respond to email, online chat or Facebook. Are there any options to submit a request to the service?

Could you make it compatible with the Insta360 Flow gimbal. This helps getting more stable footage at night coz the Ace Pro footage still flickers in the Pure Video low night mode.

After three days on Chat with Support, I learned that I need a better graphics card - GTX 1060 or better - to watch my Insta360 Ace Pro videos. I have wasted days trying to get this to work. Do I want to return the camera or spend $300+ on a new card or return the camera? Decisions, decisions. Do you have a recommendation for a graphics card?

I'm sorry but I have a different opinion, negative experience at most never again this brand and I'll explain, my son bought this action cam, used it in snorkeling without diving (first use of the action cam, trip to Sharm El Sheikh, only at the surface of the water, the chamber filled with sea water). My son is a 30 year old precise person, obsessive in the use of electronic equipment, after a check of the action cam, we noticed that water was coming out of the front display. Back in Italy, my son wrote to the parent company of the Insta 360 Ace Pro and they agreed to a return for check. The assistance says that they would have changed the motherboard, but the Insta 360 Ace Pro that comes home is a used one repaired with a different serial number (their insurance had also been purchased on the first camera, they did not write what happened to it ...). We try to use it but after a few minutes ... you can smell something burning and the Insta 360 Ace Pro it turns off. We contacted assistance and they told us to send it back for a further repair. We are waiting to see what happens but why if I bought a new product should I have a used product that was badly repaired????? Never again this brand!!!!!!!!!
