I mean, British Columbia is geographically connected to Carolina. Hollywood might as well claim BC to itself

Newfoundland and Labrador is not only the most eastern province. Cape Spear Newfoundland and Labrador, is the most easterly point in all of North America.

Yes we do have polar bears in Manitoba. They do walk into the town of Churchill and they will attack people. Manitoba is huge it’s roughly 2800km from Winnipeg to Churchill and takes 30 to 40 hours to get from one to the other. Winnipeg is the the murder capital of Canada but it’s per capita so number of murders to number of people. With only around 750 000 people in Winnipeg and average of about 45 murders a year. There are more murders in the other major cities but there populations are higher. We are also the slurpee capital of the world! Manitoba is known at the land of 100 000 lakes and we have some of the best natural sand beaches in the country. We also have our own dessert, Sprite Sands. We have beautiful summer, hot and humid, with temperatures and humidities in the high 90’s. But winters with temperatures and into the -40’s giving us the name “winter-peg”. The humid summers means we are probably the mosquito capital of Canada.

Holy cow. Nice negative bias against Manitoba. A lot of movies are also shot here. We have beautiful lakes and parks and we have the Carberry Desert so the Okanagan isn’t the only desert in Canada.

Perhaps the commentators should do a tad bit more research on the lesser known Provence’s and what they offer before slamming them the murder capital of Canada.

Sorry Tyler nothing against you. They just triggered a proud Manitoban 😠

The city of Boston came to assist Halifax after the Halifax explosion. Since then, a Christmas tree has been sent from Nova Scotia to Boston to thank them for their help. The tree is lit in the Boston Commons throughout the Christmas season.
And we do have a strong Scottish heritage, especially on Cape Breton.

Wood Buffalo National Park is nearly 9 times the size of Delaware. Or twice the size of Maryland.
Also, the fact that I went looking for those two to confirm their relative sizes indicates that I know a LOT more about the US than most Americans know about anything - including the US.

The province of Newfoundland and Labrador is called that because several decades ago, 70's I think, Quebec claimed Labrador for itself when it was actually part of Newfoundland. Hence Newfoundland renamed it's province to make it clear to all that Labrador was part of Newfoundland.

For bad there’s more murders than that. One of my friends was found on Robert Picton serial killer in his farm. There were a lot of women on that farm besides my friend
couple months ago, somebody stuck a eye socket with a broom.
Growing up, we weren’t allowed to go far from home when we were in
Vancouver because there was a serial killer killing kids his name Clifford Olson.
In 2020 a man went on a 16 to 25 hour killing spree setting fires peoples houses dressed as an RCMP officer.
Two fellows on one of the reserves went on a knife spree killing people. I think he killed 11.
In the late 80s and inmatesinmate from one of the federal prisons out there escaped and he came was in jail for murder so he killed a nun and a priest and was caught on the run in the middle of the night and then that was in 1989 That is also the year that Mark Lapine check spelling took a gun to a classroom of girls because they were in the engineering program and he was angry that they should be no women he should’ve been allowed
