We are just a little over a month away from landing and we can't wait!!
ОтветитьPlease we need Ticino travel guide(Locarno& Lugano)Thanks.
ОтветитьWHich hotel did you stay at that picked you up in a carriage?
ОтветитьGreat stuff - I visited zermatt with my aunt and uncle when we were staying in Saas Fee. We only went for the day but had some glorious views from the Gornergrat. I’d love to do the klein Matterhorn - my friend was there in March and skied into Italy!
ОтветитьWe won’t have time to see Gornergrat and Glacier Paradise unless we go on the same day. You said that you don’t recommend doing that. So which option would you recommend? Gornergrat or Glacier Paradise?
ОтветитьLove your channel, am going to Switzerland in Fall 2025 and will buy your planning guide! Thank you for all your videos ❤
ОтветитьSounds like more than fun, looks like a dream hike!😍
ОтветитьWow guys thank you. This hotel card saving me alot money for booking hotel. I already booked via email but now i will speak to them and try to by hotel card. I always like going to Eiger chic hotel
ОтветитьHey Jane and Brett. Its looks good having hotel card but can we pay at arrival for the hotel?
ОтветитьCan i choose when to start the card? If i am travelling in August or Sept then no point of buying card now for 1 year. Will last by next April and cnt use it next year in summer.
Ответитьdo you guys offer itinerary planning for people?
ОтветитьLoved the video and the great information that you presented! So organized and helpful- another hit!
ОтветитьEllen will be there in May!
ОтветитьTraveling from the US to Switzerland for the first time ever in 3 weeks! Zermatt is my first stop followed by the Junfrau region and Lucerne. You guys have helped me SO much with planning. I feel so confident going on my first international solo trip.
ОтветитьHey guys. Huge thank you i wish i could hug u Jana. I have purchased the hotel card and booked the hotel in August, i am saving around 500 CHF. The disadvantage is that the card will expire next yr in April, so for next year, if i come, i have to purchase a new one. But the good thing is that at this hotel, i will be paying cash at the hotel. That was my worry. Thank you once again. Hope not to cancel and see u again.
ОтветитьWill visiting Zermat in this June, thanks and love all your swiss travel video for guidance us.
ОтветитьWe will come in May and got a saver day pass for one of the days. Do you know if the sour day pass will cover any rides in Zermat?
ОтветитьI heard that glacier Express included in Swiss Travel Pass? And how to combine if i wanna take that train + Zermatt? Thank
ОтветитьGreat advice, we will be visiting Zermatt in August.
ОтветитьJana and brett ..thank you so much for all your informative videos.. it's really helpful...i'm planning to go to Switzerland this early October and will be staying for 2 nights in Zermatt. My question is : can we touch the snow or walk in the snow at mattherhorn glacier paradise or gornergrat ? I am from Indonesia and have never seen snow . Thank you
ОтветитьOk. She’s super adorable. No offense to her partner. Just a compliment.
ОтветитьSwitzerland what a beautiful country!
ОтветитьWatched your videos and just came back from Zermatt last week. One point to highlight those 5 alpine lakes you have mentioned you did not mention they are not open/cant be hiked during Winter and early Spring. You have mentioned it is open around the year which is not true. If whole area is covered in Snow how would you get Lake ??
ОтветитьCan we do a day trip from Bern for the day? We want to take the Gornergrat
ОтветитьThis is a really helpful video! I can take a mountain trip up via the matterhorn-glacier-paradise gondola instead of the Gornergrat. This is cheaper. wow
ОтветитьWill there be snow in July on gonergrat? Do we need to get winter clothes?
ОтветитьHi would you recommend getting a peak pass? Planning to stay 4 days in zermatt. TIA
ОтветитьGoing to Switzerland first two weeks of September. Just starting the planning. Your videos are extremely helpful. In fact I am only watching yours. Original plan is arrive from U.S. in Zurich and take train to Bern right after landing (I know, long day!). Two nights in Bern, then two in Zermatt, two in Grindelwald, two Lucerne & 1 in Zurich before we fly out. Love the videos but everytime I watch one I start thinking of changing the trip up. Was going to rent a car but now decided to go everywhere by train. If it matters, while we're in fairly good shape (especially my wife) still I am 70 & my wife is 63. Does this itinerary sound reasonable?
ОтветитьGreat Video 👍💯💕
ОтветитьMay I ask the obvious question - What do you do in Zermatt when the weather is bad?
ОтветитьI'm travelling to Zermatt next year and have watched a lot of content - you guys present some really useful info and well explained material. Thanks.
ОтветитьHey! Thank you both for all you do! We are headed to Interlaken in September for the Jungfrau marathon.. then planning to explore that region for a few days after.. ending our trip in Zermatt.. is the Berner oberland pass necessary this far south? Or just stick with the half fair card?
ОтветитьIf I have the swiss travel pass how do I purchase tickets for the trains and cable cars in Zermatt. Are these purchsed using the SBB mobile app. Also for riding swiss trains from one town to another does the swiss travel pass appears on your phone in the SBB app
ОтветитьWhich hotel you stayed at zermatt. Love ur vlogs
ОтветитьHello, I'm travelling from Philippines, do you guys cater tour packages, hotel and transportation. For ZERMATT, INTERLAKEN, GRINDELWÀLD, love ur vlogs, and thank you.
ОтветитьExcellent video!! Visiting Zermatt this September. Your guide & tips were very helpful. Your videos are just great!
Blessings to you!!
Marion & Jan 🇨🇭❤️😁👍🏼
First, I want to thank you guys for your videos. They were super helpful in planning our trip. Now, having just returned from Switzerland with Zermatt as our last stop, I have a few things to say. One, the hiking is top-notch, that's for sure, and the views on a sunny day are incredible, however...Zermatt is billed as a car free town. Unfortunately, there are so many mountain bikers and E-taxis zipping around, its actually dangerous to be a pedestrian on their narrow streets. My wife who is half-deaf was almost killed several times. There's also a ton of construction going on, with cranes marring the village's skyline. Lastly, Zermatt is mostly hotels. While we were there in shoulder season and the crowds weren't so bad, I can't imagine this village at peak capacity; it would be a nightmare. On the plus side, Golden India restaurant near the Gornergrat Express station is amazing! The more you know...
ОтветитьRemind me all beautiful and eventful memories we have at Zermatt. We arrived on June 20 and stuck there for extra day due to flooding and landslides. Not the best weather we got but what a beautiful village Zermatt is. Thanks for the video.
ОтветитьYou mentioned great food here! What are your favorite restaurants in Zermatt? We have a reservation at Chez Vrony but that’s it so far.
ОтветитьInsider tip: pronounce the name of the town correctly.
ОтветитьHi i loved your video. I am visiting Switzerland Nov 22 - 26 flying into Zurich. Would Zermant be a good place go stay during that time or would Laterbrennen be better?
ОтветитьIt sounds like you're throwing all your money away for nothing.
ОтветитьExcelente excelente excelente vídeo 👍💯💙
