Charge a new resident tax $10000 per new resident to put more money into infrastructure. Californians are putting a major burden on the infrastructure and forcing real estate prices to skyrocket, which is going to cause the same issue here. They are selling their houses for 600k minimum and buying homes in Phoenix for around 300k. They have more than enough to afford that tax for their entire household.

Last thing we need here in AZ. is a bunch of new lib assholes trying to socialize our state

I lived my childhood years in the LA area. It hasn’t been my “home “ state for a long time. I never want to go back. However, I now live in Washington which has the same problems as CA. We bought a house in AZ last year and I pray to God that we don’t go down the same liberal politically correct toilet that WA and CA have poured down. They’re both ruled by absolute nonsense.

A third world country is a country like those in the Middle East, the Congo or the Central African Republic. These places are typified by a complete lack of necessities, war and violence, unspeakable poverty and malnourishment, dictatorial regimes, disease, and no active economies whatsoever.

To call California, a state richer than the UK, in a country with the richest population in the world at median and average judging by every economic measure of national wealth you can think of, in a country that routinely ranks at or near the top of the human development and OECD better life index, and has for hundreds of years, in the country with the highest nominal GDP and GDP per capita, is fucking ridiculous and attention seeking and clueless.

Anyone who says that about the US or anywhere in the developed west is a fucking dumbass. To call one of the most objectively wealthy, economically productive regions of the world “third world” is anti-factual and completely at odds with reality. It minimizes the severity of such a designation.

A couple megacities having significant homeless populations doesn’t make an area “third world”. Vancouver has a worse per capita homeless population than LA or San Fran, and most European countries and Australia have worse per capita homelessness rates by far than the US. No one is running around, screaming, calling them “third world”.

The median standard of living in California and the rest of the US involves a huge house (we build the largest in the world here), easy access to luxuries, with such easy access to food and basic necessities, it’s an afterthought. This third world shit is just idiotic, insulting, and arrogant.

The California houseflippers are making it impossible for people that grew up here. The new migrants don't recognize the local Native American population, especially the California Asians that move to Arizona scuffle at us calling Natives hippie looking. Californians are destroying our deserts with their ATV's places that use to be beautiful....The western architecture and lifestyle is being replaced by condo land USA and the luxury condos and gated communities go hand in hand with more and more homeless people, especially increase of hard drug using homeless and ex felons over whelming the area around Rio Salado.

Infraestructure in CA sucks, ever since I went to visit family in Phoenix saw real US infrastructure in AZ is pristine and I mean “PRISTINE” as well as having better Mexican food which for me was pretty surprising. I remember the propaganda about how I as a Hispanic would be discriminated in AZ which is bullshit, I’m just planning on leaving anyway. As someone in the IT industry salaries in AZ are pretty good. We live in SoCal and are republicans. Moved here in 2003 from the Midwest. The liberal democrats in political office are ruining this state. Taxes and ridiculous laws on companies are driving them away. Add to that Governor Newsome and his idiot aunt Nancy Pelosi are like dictators and are completely out of touch with the average taxpayer. My hubby and I will move out of California before we retire. It’s a shame. It has definitely gone downhill since we moved here. Just poor government management overall thanks to the democrats. Drain the swamp!
